5 /5 Amar Jot: Hana and lily did a great job on our nails. Me and my friend are here to get mani pedi and we are so satisfied with services. As I have sensitive skin around cuticles and Hana was so careful while she was cutting extra skin. Thanks girls we will see you again.

1 /5 Laura Pendles: Ive been going to this salon for a LONG time; years. Lately, the quality of work has taken a big hit, so much so, that I wont be returning. When they first opened, the service was immaculate. The tools and fittings were cleaned between customers, and each time I visited, my nails were always perfect. Gradually, the cleanliness has declined. The salon itself is very clean—which is nice—but the tools arent cleaned between uses. The only fresh tooling for nails used is the fresh file/buffer. The drill bits arent cleaned between uses, and the brushes are filthy. The last three visits have left me feeling disappointed. I didnt complain after the last two visits, because I figured every business has its bad days, and I didnt want to pass on any negativity. Last visit, the procedures werent followed correctly, so the top coat cracked and peeled off within a week, and the nail tech shaped my nails incorrectly. Today, I picked a glitter colour which I have had a number of times before with no issues. I asked the girl to please shape them with a a square finish. These look like no square finish Ive ever seen; my nails ended up hacked at and left quite rough. The SNS itself is THICK. The girl who was finishing my service asked if I was happy with the nails. I told her they were okay, although far too thick, but it was too late to fix now. She offered to file them down (after the final coat had already been applied) but I declined as I had to get to a movie which was starting in 20 minutes, and i had been in the salon for almost 1.5 hours. They then had the audacity to charge me the full $50 for a job poorly done. Honestly, if they had done the right thing and charged me half of that, I wouldnt have bothered with this review and I probably would have gone back, but Ill be looking for somewhere else to have my nails done in future, as this is just not an acceptable standard of work. I might also add that my previously immaculate nails were left with residual glue all stuck under my nails. Such a shame, as I really enjoyed going to this salon.

5 /5 1 Mona A: This is the only nail salon I visit. All their nail technicians are well trained and do a great job. They welcome you with a bottle of spring water and do not rush the process. Special thanks to the Manager and the two nail technicians named Huang & Chloe who do a wonderful job. I am always happy with their service.
