Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. Happy to be contacted if you need further info.

Maria We were sitting at tables for the cafe next door and my elderly aunt fell as she rose from the table. Sam and his staff immediately came to her rescue, helping her from the ground. They were so helpful and lovely, Ill be sure to return for a hair cut. Thank you so much .

She’s so friendly and she makes you feel at home and comfortable for your entire appointment, regardless of the treatment. She has such a beautiful personality, she’s so approachable and I’ve always walked away feeling and looking my best! Definitely will be coming back!

Kate Shum Laney was absolutely lovely. I have very short, weak nails and she gave me some lovely acrylic extensions and chose the perfect shade of pink. She checked on the length and shape 3 or 4 times to make sure I was happy, and the finished look was polished and perfect.

Sheena Hawkins Love my eyebrows! Hakima did an amazing job. She carefully mapped out shape and did one eye brow first to double check I was happy with shaping. Highly recommend seeing her at Myer Southland branch
