I have been a regular customer of your brow parlour for a few years, and I generally appreciate the services I receive. However, I would like to share a disappointing experience from my recent visit
When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member who approached me and asked what service I wanted. I clearly stated that I wanted my brows cleaned, not shaped, as per my usual request. As she began the service, I asked politely for a break and noticed that my brows were plucked halfway and appeared much thinner than usual. When I politely mentioned this, the staff member became defensive and heated, rather than explaining the situation or acknowledging my concern. At no point did I raise my voice or speak rudely, but I was taken aback by her response and felt deeply upset by her behavior.
