1 /5 mengying huang: I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the dishonest and poor service I experienced. I was asked whether I wanted a clean-up or shaping, and I clearly said clean-up only. However, during the service, the staff member (an Indian lady) was chatting with her colleague the entire time and even spat on my face while talking, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. After the service, she told me the price was $20, but when I checked the official price list, it clearly stated $15 for clean-up. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. This kind of behaviour — being inattentive, unsanitary, and overcharging — is unacceptable. I left feeling very disappointed. Zero stars for both service and integrity. I will never return.

1 /5 army_purple_bts: Went in for eyebrow threading today. Grew out my eyebrows for weeks to have a clean final result for an event. Left with all the hairs visibly snapped off, not pulled out. Now I have messy looking eyebrows, with black dots where the hair is just poking out. Wasted my time waiting for them to grow out for my event, only for it to be left in at the root. It will surely grow back by tomorrow since I can see it above the surface already. It wasn’t even busy, I was the only customer in store. Wasted $30. Super disappointing, will not be returning.

1 /5 Mary Fountas: Worst experience ever, I have been threading my brows for over 10 years and never had any issues elsewhere. The woman that threaded my brows made one brow shorter than the other and even though it was sooooo obvious they still did nothing about it other than try to convince me that they were the same length!!!!! Appalling and it was on my birthday weekend, didn’t even offer me a refund. Absolutely zero customer service and terrible threading. Think twice before going to get your brows threaded there.

5 /5 Inaaya Khan: Aruna was so lovely! She was super nice and accommodating, on top of doing an amazing job threading my brows into the perfect shape. I love them so much! Highly recommend coming to her—I’ll definitely be back!
