2 /5 Madhulina Das: Fairly unpredictable service. Their best hairdresser for me left so unfortunately had more instances of not great haircuts. Reception could be better - Feels like the employees dont really love doing what they do and is more a chore. I get my hair cut once in 6 months so would love it to be a pampering and fun experience. This one is not for me! - However, trying to see some positive - Eyebrow threading was good.

2 /5 Kaelan Green: Went here a few weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed and had a lovely experience. Great staff, super quick, looked amazing. So I decided a few weeks later to try my luck from my usual spot and go here for a haircut. Upon saying I wanted a No. 2 on the sides and back they recommended a No.4 instead which admittedly looks much cleaner, but I did not get what I asked for at all. I wanted to keep most of my length on top so It still fell down on my face, but instead they started hacking away at the top as well. Now don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the cut itself, but I hate how it looks and wish she listened

1 /5 Helen Johnson: The worst experience Ive had with waxing. Firstly was kept waiting for 1/2 even tho I had made a booking. No apologies. The bed you lay on moves and you feel like it is about to collaspe . Then wax was way to hot. The lady who treated me kept going in and out leaving me to feel exposed to the clients getting a hair cut. Won`t go back!!!!!!!

1 /5 Kerri Hancock: DO NOT use this business. They have changed their name multiple times and now don’t even have any signage to name their business but they are right near the laundry mat. The worst experience I have ever had. Booked to have a colour, tone, 1/2 head of foils and cut. My hair was over processed to the extent that when it was washed out all the ends had shrunk up & looked curly. The sink and chair they get you to lay on is so uncomfortable that my back hurt. I also got so wet that I had to remove my jacket cause it was saturated. When my hair was combed it all just broke off - photo attached. The colour was nothing like what it was meant to be. Then they said they would put more foils in it to darken it. It just got worse. Then they had some private chit chat & decided to put Argan Oil all through my hair. Obviously to try to get rid of the frizz. Then it was blow waved and blow waved to straighten it out. I wish I had read the reviews before I stepped foot in that business. (Brian Goodman, Madhulina Das, Kaelan Green, Dee Gaut, Greg Walters, SB). When I complained about the state of my hair and how I now feel quite bald cause they broke all my hair the woman (her name was something like Sema) demanded I pay full price. What person pays for something they are not happy about. When you go to the hairdresser you want to walk out feeling a million dollars and good about yourself. They took photos without my permission to send to some other lady that they demanded I speak to. I’ve walked out in tears and now have to work out how my hair can be fixed after already paying them.
