1 /5 B B: The end result I got was nothing like I had showed in the photo. A quarter head of foils from the crown was what the hairdresser thought would achieve the same look. I also had layers in my hair, the crown foils didn’t go to the bottom layer so the bottom layers were left completely black (see photo - coloured then a harsh transition to black) After complaining that this isn’t what I wanted I was told I need to get a full head to achieve that look - then why was wrong advice given to me before? I was very disappointed and asked to just tone my hair dark again so I can atleast leave the salon and not be embarrassed by my hair.

1 /5 Toni Brient: I had a horrific experience with facial threading at this place and encourage people to avoid at all costs. From the minute I sat down, the salon owner told me how bad my facial pigmentation was, grilled me on what I had done to cause it, and even when I said it didn’t really bother me and clearly didn’t want to discuss it, she persisted. When she found out I suffered bad acne as a teen, she berated me for apparently not washing my skin properly. A really ignorant comment for someone supposedly an expert on skin. Also hypocritical when she was continuously putting the thread she used for the service in her mouth before using it on my skin and touching her hair before touching my skin. The icing on the cake was she was so concerned with trying to shame me into buying costly skin treatments, she barely removed any of the hair I was there to have threaded in the first place. I had to ask her twice to go over areas again, and I got home to see my face in full light and realise I’m going to have to find somewhere else to get the exact same treatments again. A huge thumbs down and shame on this salon owner.

5 /5 Manpreet Bal: My hair were so wiggly but I got perfect foils and layer cut with Poonam’s efforts. She did blow dry very well. I got what I wanted. The result was amazing. Thanks to her, highly recommended. I would like to go there again.

5 /5 Jacqui McCudden: My 18 month old was incredibly fearful of his hair being cut, it wasn’t his first time but cries every time. The ladies were patient and kind and even though he still cried and sat on my lap they were very flexible and as quick as they could be, and his hair looked much better despite the challenging circumstances for them! Thank you for helping get this done for us and for your care.
