Iâm Anna, the owner of Betty Salon. About a month ago, you came to our salon for a hair color and cut. I understand that you were not completely satisfied with the service you received, and I would like to offer my sincere apologies.
That day, my colleague was away on vacation, so I had to manage everything on my own. On top of that, two clients arrived outside of their scheduled time, which made it difficult for me to manage properly. As a result, I unfortunately kept you waiting longer than usual, and Iâm truly sorry for that.
Regarding your hair, because your natural hair texture is slightly wavy with some strands curving in and others out, it might have given the impression that the cut was uneven. When you returned the next day, I re-checked your hair just to help put your mind at ease â in fact, it was already even.
Nonetheless, I really appreciate your feedback, as it gave me valuable experience and a chance to improve how I serve my clients. Once again, thank you very much, and I hope for your kind understanding.
