Anna I had my nails done by Ashley at Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn and I’m so happy with the result! She did such a beautiful job – my nails look clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Ashley is really good at what she does. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. She also has really good communication. She asked me what I wanted, helped me choose the right shape and colour, and made sure I was happy the whole time. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants every customer to leave happy. I highly recommend Ashley if you’re thinking of getting your nails done. If you go to Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn, definitely ask for her – she’s amazing!

tamara ferrari Shoutout firstly to Chey, she absolutely nails my colour every time. Deep brown with a red/pink tone. I love her work, especially the chats and laughs. Not only is the hair styling great, but the staff are all wonderful and so helpful with products. I really enjoy the vibes of the salon, especially when I’m in at the same time as other regulars who are hilarious. Such a sweet little community feeling. ❤️ see you all soon!
