The dread of walking into a hair salon in the sight of judging minds and eyes is a complete deterrant for me to frequent hair salons, they can be worse than gyms. And ... the fear of walking out with one of those overcut haircuts (put your hands up if you know what I mean). At TUCA, I felt instantly comfortable and safe in this super salon. From the certified Cruelty Free products to the friendly helpful staff, the good old fashioned customer service I crave for on a daily basis, presented itself at TUCA. Jemima did an incredible job on my hair in my quest for a long overdue makeover. She consistently requested feedback and offered advice when asked. For the first time in years, I finally found my hair home. Thank you TUCA.
