Soretti Bore Dahe I recently had a fantastic experience and I cant recommend it enough! I went in for a Keratin treatment, and the results have been amazing. Nahid, who worked on my hair, was incredibly skilled and made the whole process so enjoyable. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made sure to explain everything in detail and tailored the treatment to my hairs specific needs. The results are beyond what I expected – my hair is smooth, shiny, and frizz-free, and I can already tell that its going to be so much easier to manage from now on

Gina Johnson I was recommended by a friend to this salon. The girls there are very accommodating, friendly, professional and knowledgable. In particular Melissa who made my experience from start to finish amazing. Melissa gives the best advice, never pushy & recommends good quality affordable products. My skin has never felt better. I always feel fantastic when I leave the salon and look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend this salon.

Rachael Harrington Disappointed that they were unable to be flexible with appointments. I arranged to leave work early in order to get an appointment, and took toll roads to get there as fast as I could. The traffic was bad, so I called about 20-30 mins before my appointment to say I was running late. I got a call back to say not to bother coming if I was going to be more than 10 mins late as that would not be enough time to do my eyebrows before they closed. I explained that I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and there was no other appointments times I could book before the wedding. I was told to have another look. I then received an email to say I was a no show even though I called in advance to let them know, and that I would need to pay another 14 dollars before I could make another booking. I have since booked elsewhere after this disappointing customer service.
