H MD Ive now been to Ella Bache in Williamstown a few times and awesome experience each time. Ive had microderm facial done, so addictive. Staff gave me the best eyebrows too. I feel like a new woman. The staff are lovely too.

Emily Grech Mp Creative is the best in the business! Maria has been doing my hair now for the last 6 years and I am in love with how she colours, cuts and styles my hair every single time! Her talent is beyond amazing and she is always so kind and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend Maria as she is the best hair dresser I have ever been to and her customer service towards her clients is so lovely and welcoming always. She is highly skilled in what she does and is always giving me the best advice on how to care for my hair in-between appointments! 10/10

Ashleigh Close Okay, so Ive been going to Paulina de los Reyes | Beauty Skin & Laser Clinic for a while now, and I have to say, its absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautiful and in a really great location too. This place is seriously amazing! Ive been a regular for a while now, and honestly, I dont know what Id do without them. Every single person who works there is an absolute gem – so friendly and professional, and they really know their stuff. They offer a wide range of services, from facials and skin treatments to laser and body treatments, massages, and of course, the reason I initially went there, waxing, but now Ive moved onto sugaring as well. They were the ones who told me about this alternative to waxing which I love! Regardless, Ive always been thrilled with the results and the staff, and even the prices are very, VERY reasonable. Their bond system, required when booking, actually helps me stay organised. I end up paying for the entire appointment ahead of time, and then whenever Im done with my appointment, I make sure to book in my next one and pay before I leave. However, this is really good and works for me as it keeps me on my toes and ensures that I make it to the appointment, because sometimes I have a tendency of missing these things and getting caught up. And I dont just want any place that will basically allow that and then rebook me in. Although, in saying that.. I have had an emergency or two where Ive missed an appointment and theyve happily booked me in again with no judgement, and I paid for that new appointment without any worries. I am sure if I wanted to argue the point then they would understand and potentially only take my bond and then move the remainder of my payment to that next appointment Im rebooking, but I felt bad just not showing up and I feel they deserve a tip and then some after all my other appointments, so I dont mind that I had to pay again and lost out that time. Ultimately, it was my fault. They use high-quality products and the latest technology, so you know youre in good hands. The clinic is open 7 days a week, which is super convenient too. Plus, I even managed to convince my friend to get a wax for the first time, and I told her she had to do it here. She was always too scared, but I told her that shed be fine and Id go with her and get my wax done at the same time, which the receptionist was more than happy to help me to co-ordinate this when I rang up to make the two bookings. And guess what? Not only did she dive in headfirst with basically getting her entire body waxed, but she absolutely loved it! Shes already booked her second appointment, so thats a testament to how good they are. Honestly, I cant recommend this place enough. If youre looking for a beauty clinic in Williamstown, do yourself a favour and check them out. You wont regret it!

Karoline Whatman Steph is not only a magical lash tech but an absolute magical human. The space is calm and inviting and not only did I get a set of amazing lashes, I also received a therapy session. I can not recommend highly enough.

Nick Warren What a treat! First time at Mayfair and I had a fantastic hydrafacial and microdermabrasion treatment with Abbey. She gave me the nicest face massage as she explained and applied different products to start conditioning my skin. It feels like I just had a big face drink. We also did a bit of LED to really get things going in the right direction. I left feeling so relax and genuinely rejuvenated. No redness or anything, just fresh as. Hot tip fellas, trim the facial hair really short to get the best value and effects. Would definitely recommend Mayfair!

Justine is friendly and approachable and she actively listened and approached my concerns with care. Rhonda Birthisel Stumbled upon this place while on a weekend stay in Williamstown this morning. No appointment.. was seated straight away, feet into the warm water. Wow it was no ordinary chair started getting an awesome massage so relaxing, pedicure done even got a nice new pair of thongs all for $30 bonus. Amazing service would definitely recommend thanks ladies.

My anxiety fixation is nail picking & biting - I was so scared my first appointment with Nicole because my nails were practically stubs, but I didn’t need to worry because it was the most amazing appointment, no judgement or criticism about my nails, she listened to everything I said and I left feeling great for the first time in so long. Meg McConnell The ladies here are lovely but I was charged $65 for a builder gel without any tips (!!) for a French manicure…. I didn’t get any sort of manicure with the nails. I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut which were super grown out and it wasn’t until the gel had been applied that the lady cut them, so now they looks super uneven and unfinished. My nails were also not filed down again after gel was applied so now they are super block like and uneven. I just don’t think it’s fair to charge such a high price for a rushed service that didn’t feel complete
