The soft-fall surfaces ensure safety, and the surrounding greenery adds a relaxing atmosphere. Its clean, well-maintained, and perfect for kids to play and parents to unwind.
5 /5 Bear Toddy (Toddy is not a Bear): Nice fishing spot with accessible platform, kids and family friendly, you can catch fish and then use the free bbq oven next to you.
Car parking is a bit challenge because the car park is 4 hours free, so the best strategy is wait for some other car leaving to free a spot

5 /5 Nui Eaton: Beautiful park with lots of great scenery. The grass is freshly mowed and is kept very clean. Friendly for family especially for small children with a play area that has a slide. Some dogs visit, there are even wild turkeys that are tagged by the counsil.
Kim Whittle This is a great park for fur babies! It is enclosed so even those with terrible recall can have a blast! Sounded by the river - dogs have access to all the fun, large play area and a dip in the water if need be! Warning: very sandy/muddy by the river so be prepared for a long detailed bath if your dog is a swimmer!
Melinda Sutcliffe The bus combined ticket made this an easy and enjoyable trip to see the fab Presets. Well organised, decent facilities. Kudos to the Harbour Front Trust and the Gayemagal people for the best welcome to country at a music event Ive seen
Kevan Heathcote This statue of a Kangaroo is located on the hill at the Western end of Steinton Street. See if you can find it.
The statue was was commissioned by one of the fathers of Manly , Henry Gilbert Smith, and was sculpted by Peter Pickering in 1856
There are some who say this statue was the inspiration for the book Kangaroo, which was written by D H Lawrence in the early 1920’s after a trip by tram from Manly to Collaroy along Pittwater Road.

I am not a strong swimmer so was nervous, but she was very supportive and made whole course very fun and enjoyable. It was the one of the best experiences I have ever had.
