Snorkelling Shelly Beach

Zeynep Blasdall I had a private tour with Tâmila and loved it! She is an amazing guide that offers incredible experience. I am not a strong swimmer so was nervous, but she was very supportive and made whole course very fun and enjoyable. It was the one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Manly Cove Beach

Niki Vasiliadis This is a great beach for swimming as it’s a cove, it’s a lot calmer than the surf beach in Manly. The beach is netted. Right next to Manly Wharf is easily accessible via ferry. There are plenty of trees along the concourse and also a grassy area provided shade. The beach doesn’t have shade so bring your own to stay protected out of the sun. Very gentle waves lapping the shore. Beach is accessible via stairs. Plenty of eating options nearby and also public toilets.

The statue was was commissioned by one of the fathers of Manly , Henry Gilbert Smith, and was sculpted by Peter Pickering in 1856 There are some who say this statue was the inspiration for the book Kangaroo, which was written by D H Lawrence in the early 1920’s after a trip by tram from Manly to Collaroy along Pittwater Road.

Sydney harbour lookout

Chen Wendy “Phalange” nice view for the sunset and city view. But be careful on the speed hump on the way to the lookout if you driving.
