Leigh Tulley Love this bridge, but hate taking photos from it because of the metal bars. Unless you have a lanyard on your device, its a bit nerve wracking hanging your phone over that drop!
great place for sunrise captures, fireworks and just a beautiful view of the Parramatta river snaking its way from the western suburbs into the harbour

Jeremy YEN If youre going towards Drummoyne from Huntleys Point, pedestrian access to the bridge is via entrance from Huntleys Point Road - you can locate this using Google Street View.
The view from the bridge is unfortunately obscured by the protective metal bars, but it offers great photos - particularly during jacaranda season. WARNING - dont drop your phone/camera

Helen Di Domenico The bridge is longer than you think when trying to walk it! Gently sloping up and down, its not too difficult to walk it - even with a pram/stroller. Used to live in the area and had gorgeous views overlooking the bridge. Have watched the fireworks from here but it was a bit of a fight to get near the railings unless you are prepared to arrive a couple of hours beforehand.

Grant Hudson Gladesville Bridge is a heritage-listed concrete arch road bridge that carries Victoria Road over the Parramatta River, linking the Sydney suburbs of Huntleys Point and Drummoyne, in the local government areas of Canada Bay and Hunters Hill, in New South Wales, Australia. Despite its name, the bridge is not in Gladesville.
