I was pretty nervous since I hadn’t had my hair done properly in years, Lauren was my stylist and she was AMAZING! she talked me through the entire process, was thorough and also at the same time providing me some education on what I would need to do to maintain the health of my hair. Sonia Allen Today I came into the salon to see Lauren! I had the best experience she was so friendly kind and helpful she even help settle my four month old daughter while doing my hair. We know as mums it’s hard to get your hair done !!! Laura took the time to listen to my hair concerns. Emily the receptionist also too the time to give Amelia lots of cuddle too. Leana El-Hourani Where do I begin??? Carly is a master of hairstyling! She is absolutely amazing at knowing how to work with all hair types and shaping styles to suit the individual’s face. Not only that, but she’s extremely professional, friendly and courteous. I received so many compliments for my hairstyle on my Son’s wedding day, and in particular my mother loved her hair and she’s as fussy as they come! Carly made the whole process so easy! Great communication and couldn’t fault her work in any way! It lasted all night even though I bumped it a few times ☺️

She was fantastic throughout the whole process—super easygoing and always willing to make adjustments until we got my look just right. I had tape-in extensions, and Carly styled them into the perfect down-do that held up beautifully all day. She also did my bridesmaids’ and mum’s hair, creating elegant, timeless updos that suited everyone perfectly. On top of all that, Carly brought such a calm, positive energy to the morning, which made everything feel relaxed and fun. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jessica Khoury Where do I even start! I’ve booked Carly in now for 4 group bookings for a wedding since 2022 and that says it all! Her work is so effortless, she’s so understanding and always has a consultation with you before she starts your hair. Always turns out literally PERFECTION! We normally do our hair in the morning at 3-4am and it would look the exact same at the end of the night. Carly is the sweetest person ever - the best person you would want for hair for an event! Would not go to anyone else. The best of the best.

Madalene Trew I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Maddie for over 3 years now and have only ever been extremely happy and impressed by her skill and professionalism. Maddie is genuinely welcoming and friendly throughout the whole experience. She shares her honest expertise when discussing what she can do to achieve the desired look while ensuring that she keeps the hair in the best possible condition. My two sisters and mum also go to Maddie for our hair needs and have never left feeling disappointed by the results or the experience. I am always excited to get my hair done by Maddie and couldnt recommend her services highly enough.

renae I do not recommend this hairdresser! Dont fall for the reviews as they are her personal friends trying to help her business. Wish I looked up who recommended her as it was one of her friends. My full head of foils was not what I asked for. It had thick brown foils when I wanted to go lighter and patches were missing at the back of my head. When I confronted her and asked for help her customer service was awful. Refused to fix all of it and said she will only fix a few on top so the brown isnt as thick and was going to charge me for that. I was so disappointed and I went to another hair dresser to help fix it. They were shocked at the back where patches were missing and how the foils were laid out. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else so I thought i would share my experience with Madeleine and her unproffessional customer care.

Yasmin Scheuerer I desperately needed my hair done before going overseas and Madeline was able to fit me in. I was a little anxious getting my hair done as I hadn’t been to her salon before and like my blonde a particular way. I was really impressed by how the colour turned out and loved the cut. Felt so fresh and healthy. Madeline has an easy going and friendly personality. Great hair dresser, love love the blonde. Reasonably priced and didn’t take hours and hours to get my hair done. Will be going back to her :).

Dale Kneller Maddie has been doing my hair for at least 5 years and I have always been extremely happy with her.Often people comment on how they really like my hair colour.Every year I have travelled overseas and I always get complimented by the European hairdressers on the colour!! Maddie is always calm,professional and caring.Her happy personality and complimentary teas make my visits very enjoyable. I would highly recommend her.

IanOH First and last haircut I will get her. Babar is as rude and seemed uninterested. Told him 1 cm off the top and he cut uneven length from 2 to 4 cm. Ended up going back to my normal barber to fix there mistake. Wouldn’t go back

Glen Gantley Gave my son an absolutely shocking hair cut last week. I don’t know which barber it was that done it as my wife took him there but whoever it was should not be allowed to cut anyone’s hair and clearly isn’t qualified. They literally butchered him. Me and my wife messaged them on instagram about it but neither of us got a reply. Terrible service and clearly no pride in the quality of their work. Avoid this place for your kids haircuts at all costs!!!

Brian Rattigan I have being going here for 4 years and standard has dropped recently. Last 2 visits were very disappointing, barber was rough. Ended up with a cut on my neck, didn’t even know she did it and asked what happened me.. won’t be returning.. .

She was so helpful, so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about the products & explained everything to me in detail & nothing was a bother. kody stearman I have been to this wholesaler a hand full of times over the last 2 years, after visiting today for their 20% off 15 year anniversary sale I am shocked they have been in business so long. The times I visit are for EMERGENCY only situations and its always an instant buyers regret. The staff have zero customer service, I am never welcomed with a smile or small chat. While the place is clean and it a good location I always leave feeling yucky like the ladies dont want to be there, almost as if they lost the passion for what the hair & beauty industry is all about. I have been previously and had to call the manufacturers myself as staff couldnt answer questions on the stock they hold. Another instance I had sent my partner in to buy lash glue (i was trading 9-9), he managed to get their just before 5 which they were not happy about, only to be sold two glues with less than 30 days expiry on both. I had to then return in the morning after swapping my own appointments fit into their 9-5 trading hours and exchange products. After speaking with other industry professionals (My lash tech & hairdresser) they also agree this place is for emergencys only. Save yourself the time and disappointment and buy online! You get better welcoming, helpful staff at Mcdonalds drive thru.

Gregory Long I visited with my wife, who had been looking everywhere for a shampoo with charcoal in (dont ask me why). We asked the store assistant and had it within seconds. We then did a walk around with my wife constantly telling me the prices were really good. So Im taking her word for it.

Molly Thistlewaite What an actual joke. Although the store had a great selection, my shopping experience was cut short. Within five minutes, an employee approached me and requested that I leave, citing discomfort with me being there with my younger brother. I had my younger brother with me as he was gaining driving hours. Unfortunately, the employees attitude and unnecessary rude remarks marred the experience. I was honestly shocked beyond words and felt quite offended. This unwarranted assumption was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. I hope the store and its employees can address such situations more sensitively in the future.
