Mary Kouts Kirsty is one of the most fantastic nail techs in the industry. I was Kirsty’s first ever client, and from the beginning she was naturally talented at nails. Since then she has come a long way in educating, training and upskilling herself and is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had. I have stayed with Kirsty for many years - I get my nail sets done by Kirsty every 3-4 weeks and there is never any cracks or lifting. Not only is there no issues with my nails, they are the healthiest they have ever been (I’ll never step foot in an express nail salon again). Kirsty delivers exceptional service and cares about her clients. She is brilliant at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough.

Dean I called up and politely made an enquiry for my wife. I asked how much it would cost for a facial as I wanted to book one in for her. The woman who answered didnt say a word in response and hung up the phone. Disgusting treatment. Clearly she hates men. This beautician treats men like second class citizens.

EB Terrible manicure, the worst I’ve probably ever had. Didn’t fully remove my previous colour and when I politely asked about the need for removable she just said no. Fingers soaked in cold water, dust everywhere now cured into the polish, she did 5 coats on one nail simply to cover the polish she didn’t remove as you could clearly see it through. No hand cream, polish left on the skin didn’t even clean under my nails. Woman next to me asked to wash her hands before leaving she was also still covered in dust and another patron slammed the door on exit should have seen the warning signs. I’ve been coming here on and off for 5 years, never again.

Donna Paul Just had the worse experience with my Pedicure here .Was the only one in the shop to start with.The Pedicure was rushed and not at all enjoyable.Thought my toes were going to be amputated as so rough .The lady had a portable fan which she put on foot part,kept falling and eventually fell on my toe which had to be repainted . A customer came in to have her Pedicure done,her friend followed a few minutes later and said they booked to have it done together. Next minute ,my toes are being sprayed,things thrown on the foot rest with no attempt to help since just painted,and foot dividers kept there telling me to leave them for an hour as they need to dry.Had to walk home like this as didn’t bring my car. Honestly,you will not succeed with your business if this is how you treat people. Contacted my Grand Daughter to see if she still goes there,and thank goodness she has advised since she said her last experience was painful,elsewhere .
