A Chaerim is so sweet and friendly, it was my first time getting lash extensions and she was very patient in explaining the process. She managed to create a style exactly like the one I wanted! The retention is so good, Ill definitely be coming back :)

Silver Lucy실버루시 I had a micro needling last week(10days ago) Julie applied anaesthetic cream on my face to reduce pain. After this needling started it was a bit painful but it was bearable. All her stuffs were very hygiene. She explained everything about this needling and it helped me to do home care. So now my face looked brighter and smooth I am so happy with that definitely i will come back for my next treatment. By the way, i had my bikini waxing done too on that day. Laura Salim I have never dyed my hair before but found Noriko through my sister a few years ago. She has always been amazing with discussing what I would like done and has recently dyed my hair for my wedding. Although the colour wasnt what I was aiming for (Why did I use a different dye?!) it came out absolutely beautiful and the colour was vibrant in both real life and all the photos. She also has a very cute dog that will often say hello to anyone that comes in and keep you company during your appointment.

Nancy Lee Noriko has a very professional set up for her home salon. I had my first consult with Noriko this week and Hubby said the haircut is the best I’ve had in a long time and I have to agree. Noriko is a great stylist, easy to talk to and her salon is a fully kitted out and relaxing space. Her pricing schedule is very reasonable. From now on my whole family is going to be using her services.

Sil Yo Noriko is fab! Even has a puppy mascot welcoming clients on entry :) Salon is clean and comfortable and she really does understand the brief well. Prices are great and booking system in place is easy to navigate. A great stylist is worth her weight in gold, and I’ve found it right here!

Kevin Zhen Noriko is an excellent hairdresser who is honest and will tell you as it is. She really works with you and provides feedback on your ideas and gives you a clear path on how to achieve the look you want. Ive shopped around at multiple hairdressers and am so glad Ive found her business! A great hairdresser full of integrity who really knows hair and how to get the most out of yours. I have and will keep recommending her to all I know!

Melissa Bezzina The most unprofessional day spa I’ve ever encountered! We called a number of times to advise our inability to attend, if they had of answered the phone or called us back, we would have of been within 24 hrs, however the Asian lady called us back one hour before our appointment! At this time, we were in the medical centre seeing the Doctor, crippled in agony with a severe medical emergency The Asian lady was fiercely abrupt and showed no compassion, concern or empathy, instead she argued this and still charged us full price! After liaising for 4 days with luxury escapes to gain our money back, after providing call logs and a Dr certificate the Asian lady still charged us the cancellation fee! We are NOT happy, given the legitimacy and severity of our circumstances.

Sharmi Dutta I usually do eyebrows threading here which is good for the price but I did facial here last week which was one of the worst facial I have ever had. I have bruises on my nose from the way she removed blackheads. If you wanna do eyebrows threading this is your place but I can’t recommend facial service from here.. the price you pay and the quality you get, it’s not worth it.

Lisa Stallard I’m not really happy. I went for a mani-pedi. They started and then said - the nail polish for the pedicure wouldn’t dry with the running shoes on. So they upsold me to shellac. The nail polish for my hands is bumpy and smudged. It looks very unprofessional, like I applied it myself. I don’t understand why they can’t dry the nails before you leave the shop? Surely that’s why you get your nails done there. It definitely was not worth $75.

aly first time getting nails done- this salon gave me a very nice experience good service man explained the different types of nails to us and was very nice workers rotated between my friends and i man was very careful about lines and tidied up the nails well. overall great experience and would come here again 45 for gel no ext and design on 2 fingers

Kiran Shah Compact shopping centre, close to library and railway station. At times it can get crowded. 2 hr free parking is good enough for most shopping needs. Parking could be a challange at times because people visiting library and community hallalso use the same parking facilities

Michelle Leung It is a small shopping hub for your necessity. Coffee, sushi, bakery and oriental food shops are all included. It is convenient and easy to find parking with two big supermarkets around. It is also located next to the West Ryde Library. Your mental food is also satisfied.

Aaron Zhai Parking is awful and without 15 mins gracious period before the due time. It took me 20 mins to get out of the parking lot on Sat afternoon and had to pay for extra parking because I am 2 mins expired on my parking! Ridiculous

Yuka Yamamoto Very disappointed. I asked the nail stylist to get the similar design as the sample picture. But she did my nail like the other one. I don’t have any arguments for colour. The issue in here is gold colour area. I understand I have shorter nails than sample design, however, the gold area could be done thinner.

Adelle Olds Disappointing experience. $60 for a pedicure which is higher end. But I wanted it today so was willing to pay that. However the experience was awful. 2 ladies got straight into my feet with the electrical files. They got the skin a few times both of them. Then they did some basic trimming of skin and nails. Then a bit of cutical oil maybe and then some very basic buffing of heels, nothing much at all and not much pressure. Then I had picked a shimmery blue colour and told it was extra 10. I was shocked but told extra for glitter. I thought maybe it requires an extra application or something. Initially I said no then decided the other option wasnt my thing and thought Id pay the 10 and get out. However it was just a shimmery blue straight from the bottle. This is a complete rip off. A bit of sugar scrub rubbed into feet barely 10 seconds and then finally my feet were quickly put in some water for less than 1 min. One girl applied the colour and the 1 star is for her. She did a decent job of this part. So in short only come here for an expensive bad experience. It isnt a proper pedicure and its a rip off.

Gloria Kim I WILL NOT GO BACK. The detail of nail is not put nicely. The staff applying my nail had her nail very long and her nail made cut on little finger also. The clear gel was overflowing and some parts and some of the applied nail was empty. I even made comment on DM but their response was making excuses and asked to come back to fix the overflowing part only. I did the nail to going on a trip so I dont have extra time to go there. Very disappointing and i will highly recommend my friend not to go here.

Showed her a pic for inspo and she literally did the total opposite. When I questioned why the French tip line was crooked she said that’s how my nail goes. I’m beyond livid. Inspo pic and what I got attached. …. $60 for this mess!! Get outta here!!!

Sarah Zun Been going there for years and they went down hill. Had a mani pedi before I go overseas. Did SNS to last longer as I will be away for three weeks. My SNS chipped within three days,( not one finger)all fingers were chipped.As you can see in the pictures below, my nails haven’t been grown. So disappointed. One of the girl was so rude (don’t want to mention her name) and so impatient. Only do your mani when Bel or Jamie there.
