She is always asking what I want and does exactly as asked. She does her work quite fast but it does not feel very rushed. Very happy with her.

I regularly get facials and laser treatments, particularly the Picoway, which has done wonders for my skin. I’ve seen visible improvements since starting, and it’s definitely my favourite treatment. When I first started, I struggled with acne-prone skin for 15 years, but thanks to Sophia’s expert advice and tailored skincare guidance, my skin is now in the best condition. She’s always been incredibly honest and practical with her advice, and I’ve really appreciated her approach. What I love is that there’s never any pressure to purchase products/packages – they simply offer genuine recommendations, for some products they recommend you could find them in chemist and it’s entirely up to you whether to follow through with them. The only minor issue I’ve had is occasionally feeling like one frequency might be missed during my Picoway sessions that they should be using 3 types of frequencies but sometimes they might have only used 2. But overall, I’m very happy with the results and the service.

N N I received a pamper facial voucher as a gift from this salon, the product push before, during and after the treatment put me off. I was there to enjoy a relaxing pamper treatment, Not shop for skin products. Also the therapist was excessively conversational; asking about my kids, husband, best decade in my life etc while I wanted quiet time to relax and had a hot towel on my face and couldn’t reply easily.

The therapist was very skilled and gentle, making the whole session feel relaxing and professional. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully set up — perfect for unwinding. My skin felt noticeably more balanced and radiant afterwards. Definitely planning to come back regularly. Highly recommend!

Simer Sahota Got my lashes done for the first time with Fiona a little while ago and it was such a sweet experience! I haven’t had the chance to go back yet, but I’ve been thinking about it ever since. She did exactly what I asked for and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Fiona was so lovely, easy to chat (and gossip) with, and just made the whole appointment feel super relaxed. I even forgot my glasses and she had spare (brand new and clean!) contact lens cases—such a thoughtful touch. She worked quickly but was super precise, and my lashes lasted so long—even after I cried the day after getting them done (oops haha). I got so many compliments and absolutely loved the result. Her place was beautiful and spotless. Can’t wait to book in with Fiona again!

C D I developed a painful toe infection days after my pedicure at this salon. When I returned seeking a refund, my experience went from bad to worse. Despite repeatedly telling the staff not to pop my infected toe as I wanted to see a doctor, she ignored my requests and proceeded to pop the puss against my wishes. She dismissed my concerns, claiming its just an ingrown toenail that will heal in a few days and that I didnt need a doctor. The pain became unbearable in the following days. My doctor confirmed it was actually a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics - not caused from an ingrown toenail as the salon claimed. Ive now spent more on medical care than the actual pedicure. This salon not only has concerning hygiene standards that led to the infection, but their staff completely disregarded my clear requests about what should be done to my own body. I would not recommend this place.

Jennifer Biggin This was my first time visiting Venus Nails and I’m really impressed! I asked for a builder gel infill on my natural nails since I’m trying to grow them out and Chloe did a spectacular job. She suggested the square-round shape which made my wide nail beds appear more slender. This is the best my nails have ever looked, very natural! I will definitely be coming back to see Chloe

Salwa Benmaarouf All staff in this shop is amateur! They don’t know what they are doing. I just came back from Bali and they did an amazing job. This guys stay away from them, to be honest all nail shops inside Macquarie shopping centre are very bad. I have been living in Macquarie since 2016 and I travel far away to get my nails done. See my photos attached. Not shaped well, polish has been applied badly, the whole thing is awful.

Zoe Fagerstrom My family and I have been frequenting the salon for over 2 years now and they have consistently provided good service in a friendly, clean environment. The acrylic retention is pretty good but the nail polish sometimes isn’t super even. They’ve allways been super sweet when my little sister passes by. Overall great place
