This time I got the 1-hour INDIBA facial, and it was super relaxingㅡmy skin feels tighter and rejuvenated. The staff was really detailed, gave helpful advice, and were super friendly. The place is clean and comfortable too. My family and I plan to come regularly!

Jungeun Yoon I’ve been visiting this skincare clinic regularly, and I’m always satisfied with the experience. Parking is convenient and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. I have been coming to Janua for the last 25 years - I kid you not! I drive 40 minutes to get here - and have even saved up my haircuts for home when living overseas! Owner Danielle started her apprenticeship here and eventually became the owner. Service is fabulous - everyone really cares that you end up with a look you are happy with. Danielle is excellent at cutting and will always advise whether something will suit / be easy to maintain etc. Prices are very reasonable. De Lorenzo products available.

Its been a process and I was unsure for the first couple of sessions as they werent what I was used to. After a few sessions they have grown, have an amazing shape and look so much fuller. Rosie has done such a beautiful job on my unfixable brows, and they have changed the way my face looks for the better. I had two lash lifts which were over curled before coming to Rosie for the perfect lashes. I also wanted to grow my nails and so rather than just a manicure, we worked on all the ways my nails can strengthen and get longer without breaking and here is the photo to prove it. They were so short and broken (and I was a biter) and now they are strong and healthy. Thank you Rosie.

Hahn L I first found Rosie a year ago when googling for a solution for my over-plucked eyebrows. I wasnt interested in tatooing or penciling everyday, and someone claiming to be able to regrow my own eyebrows seemed too good to be true. But it is true! 9 months later I made my first appointment. Kate ONeill A wonderful experience today, had acrylics removed and BIAB manicure done by Ngan (I think?!) She did a wonderful job, the attention to detail was incredible and my nails are immaculate. Very natural looking, and cared for my natural nail beds carefully. Only lost one star because I had a booking, but had to wait. They were very short staffed though, so definitely not Ngan’s fault! Thankyou, I will be back.

Mona Bamta I recently experienced the head spa services and, while there were some positive aspects, I found a few areas that could be improved. The service, while adequate, didnt feel particularly relaxing due to huge noticeable water usage and a limited scalp massage, which primarily involved the use of a comb or similar tool. Considering the price, I expected a more satisfying hand massage experience. Additionally, I noticed that the salon seemed unprepared for my appointment, as there were several staff members moving in and out of the treatment room during my visit. The staff member who provided my services also had to step out of the room repeatedly, which disrupted the flow of the treatment. Finally, the hair drying process left my hair feeling quite frizzy, which was disappointing. I believe some of these little adjustments could enhance the overall experience for future clients.

Guan Indiba is the best safe radio frequency treatment that I highly recommend if you scared of painful facial rejuvenation treatment, especially facial lifting and collagen boosting !!

Rinki Bisht Good thing is i got appointment on the spot. Overall vibe and interiors are beautiful. But price is not worth. There is huge scope of improvement, there was movement of 3rd person going inside outside room(without consent), i was told will get hot stone included before agreeing on price, while paying she said ill add in your next booking. Had to tell more than 6 times to make less pressure.

Ridwan Ahmed Unfortunately I had the worse experience. I had a breakout after the facial from 1 or 2 hormonal acne in my jawline. My GP asked me to stop the facials and go on antibiotics. But Sophia convinced me to take further treatment and convinced me into doing laser treatment becoz on her words doctors don’t understand beauty. I bought the 10 sessions of facial and instead of refunds they offered me different treatments promising solving the breakouts. But I had severe infection after 1 round of their laser treatment and I was asked to go back to my GP. It was so severe that I had sists all over my face and needed cortisol injection and long term specialist visit. They refused to help me after making things so severe. The lady who did the treatment told me that she wished her hands but it can happen. I followed all the process step by step. But next day after the treatment my whole face swollen and became red and cystic. Be careful before doing any facial treatments if you have sensitive skin or any active hormonal acne. I always had 1 or 2 acne breakout but what they did to my face was horrible. Now I will need long term extensive treatments of all the scars left on my face. The GP, specialist visits, the painful treatments, long term medication and the scars the left me with , didn’t even bother to call me to check.

Also a massive shout out the Jenny who in a short span of time has understood what I like and gives amazing advice on what would look good and always turns out better than I expected. The girls at pearl nails are absolutes delights and keep up the amazing work.

Faiza Irma Chowdhury I went there to get chemically hair straightened. 2 weeks later, I went back to show the person who looked after me, made an excuse that my hair was growing thats my head was fuzzy. Its 2 months later. My hair is breaking, not from the root but rather centimetres below. Now I have patches of hair sticking out from my head. Hairfall is an unimaginable amount. Every day, I have a huge ball of hair that falls. I spent $250 and soon I will be bald. Ive had mental breakdowns after every time I brush my hair because so much hair is breaking.

And used wax which I never had done. I got a terrible rash and my upper lip area and my lips were swollen for more than a day. I have got my full face done in other places and this is the first time this happened to me. Will never go there again. When I went to show how bad I was feeling she had closed the place and gone!

Nat Ng Came here to get my nails done as the other places in carlingford court were occupied. I wanted a nail art on my natural nails and showed them a reference picture. I asked why they’re not coloured in as in the reference picture some parts are coloured in, they told me that “my nails were too short to colour in”? This was also done by a pen and not by the nail polish itself. I paid $50 for this. Not worth it. Will not be going back.

Iva Young I just have my lashes tinted and Im very shocked by the state of this salon. Whilst laying down, all I could see was tons of mold on the roof and the bed was very sticky and had obviously not been cleaned. It was also very disappointing that the lady was handling cash and counting coins and then proceeded to do my lash tint without washing her hands. At the end my left eye was much darker than my right eye and I told her this and she just looked at me with a blank stare. Do not recommend.
