The staffs are really friendly and the retention is great! It is also very convenient drive and park in the area which is always a plus.

I went to see her and her salon before committing. As soon as I met her I felt so comfortable and reassured that Mimi was the right person to micro blade my eyebrows. I arrived with my hair having been completely trashed by another salon and in just two visits Shane has brought back my colour and my hair is on the way to recovery. He’s also super gentle and kind. Before it was an Orange mess now it’s so much better.

Jo It’s been 7 months since I last went to front room hair and unfortunately I’m still suffering the consequences. Now waiting for the colour and damage to grow out. Of the two bookings I’ve had, I had return shortly after both times to have it rectified. I foolishly had babylights added to help blend it, but in doing so, it’s been extremely damaged. No warning given at the time that my hair would snap off as a result later. It’s clearly been over processed. My hair is dry, split ends, lots of breakage (up high, close to the regrowth) & in the worse condition it’s ever been in.

Zahras experience in the beauty industry cannot be bought, she has been working in the world of cosmetics for over 20 years and this shows in her work and training. Her way of teaching is easy to understand, and she works tirelessly to make sure you are understanding and learning as much as possible in your time with her. She and the team have continued to support me and my business a year later with all questions and requests I have at no charge. I would not recommend anyone else with my training, and would strongly suggest anyone wanting not only a teacher but an educator, support system and ongoing friend to contact Zahra at Sydney College.

All communication leading up to my course start date was excellent, I felt very looked after from the minute I signed up. My practical course was great too, I feel like I gained a lot of knowledge and confidence during the course and it felt great getting my certificate at the end of it. I will definitley be back for more courses in the future to expand my career.

Slaven Veselinovic I had a fantastic experience at Sydney College of Hair and Beauty. Zahra and the instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do. The hands-on training was thorough and gave me the confidence to start working in the industry right after graduation. The equipment is state of the art and the curriculum is up to date with the latest techniques in tattoo laser removal. I highly recommend this college to anyone looking to start a career in laser removal services.

Ive been getting my nails done only here for a year and so happy to find vegan and cruelty free service. Ive referred people here and they love it too! They always take their time and really put attention to details which is appreciated. Results are always lovely:)

Ri Biankin Never had a bad manicure here, BIAB always perfect. If there’s ever been an issue (minor like a gem falling off) they are so easy to get hold of and so happy to fix for you. Love this place!

Giedre Subaciute The worst gel builder I have ever had. Lumpy and uneven surface. Color not strait by the cuticles. The shape of some nails is off. Also ruined one already as its soft. I think they should know how long to keep it under the UV. Also I cant believe they left bubbles in the top layer!!! After 1.5 hours I would expect a better result. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as they seemed as a salon with experts. Just a pity that after 1.5 years of having natural nails finally decided to give a chance to a local nail shop and now will have to wait another half a year for them to grow back healthy...

shelley gehrels I cant recommend Lady Luxe enough! First of all they are vegan and cruelty free which is very hard to find sadly. They also do an amazing job, the ladies that work there are so lovely and talented. They always go along with whatever nail art idea I have and do a fantastic job every time. The salon is stunning too it is such a lux experience. The builder gel lasts the longest, my pink nails have lasted 3 weeks and hasnt chipped. You can also go in for a cheap mani and get normal polish if you prefer, but the gel is so pretty and shiny. Check out their Instagram it has lots of their nail art work. The tea is a nice touch too. They tick all the boxes!

Melissa Ridgley Amazing salon and wonderful experience! They REALLY take their time and you don’t feel rushed at all (unlike other salons). The attention to detail was amazing...she was so focused and attentive to every detail of my nails. The manicure has lasted a week so far and no chipping, I’m very happy. Only reason for 4 stars is because the manicure I got said it included coffee or tea, but I wasn’t offered any until the very end when I was about to leave, which was a bummer. Next time ask up front. Other than that it was incredible!

Tara Jean Van der Leest I had the surrender package today and it’s worth every penny. So relaxing and rejuvenating. If you have ever been put off from getting massages because they are too hard then I would recommend coming here. The beauty therapist will apply only the pressure you request. Skin is glowing and you can also purchase any products you liked during the treatment.

A2B in an EV Lovely sanctuary with privacy and easy parking options nearby. I prefer this one to one closer to home that is within a shopping centre. The doorway to the Crows Nest branch is unremarkable and there are a short set of stairs before turning around the corner to see the reception and calming, clean and peaceful space that smells amazing. Online booking system updated so it’s easy to make appointments directly, but they are also helpful on the phone. They are gentle with giving worthwhile product recommendations - you can have a think about it first, or take the chance when they are having a sale. So far my experience with recommended products has been that they are excellent and effective. Would recommend remedial massages here too - Naoko and Mai both fantastic!

carla jones I drop into Crows Nest Endota from time to time. I have no regular therapist that I see, but its always SO DAMN good. The therapists are attentive and if I dont feel like talking they always mirror back what I ask for. Absolutely worth the money & I will be returning again. Thank you for you devotion to your craft.

Maddie Dana Did a decent job. Had to ask 2 of my fingers to be redone as she polished them too quickly after top coat. Also extremely dirty. All tools weren’t cleaned and neither was the tub for the pedicure.

The ambiance was pleasantly quiet and relaxing, which added to the overall enjoyment. The technicians meticulous approach was truly commendable, and I appreciate the effort put into making my nails look fantastic while maintaining a natural appearance, just the way I prefer. The SNS nails they applied turned out perfect, reflecting the skill and attention to detail that went into them.

Aria Fallway Terrible service, painfully slow at everything. Nail filling was horrible and each nail shape looked different so terrible! Place looked clean on first appearance but once you sat down and had a good look around everything looked dirty, tools were not cleaned between people. I would avoid at all costs!! Don’t waste your time, money, or nail health.

Mari Clements 3rd nail salon I’ve tried since moving to Sydney. Came in on a Sunday with no appt. so I had to wait. No big deal. Compared to other nail salons, this one is quite tiny and they don’t have much of a selection when it comes to shellac colours but fortunately I stick with black and white any way. I just got a colour change. Not a manicure. Nails look better today than from when I got them done in Surry Hills 2 weeks ago so I’m content but they still aren’t good enough for 5 stars but they’re better than 3 and so I chose 4. People take off shellac in various ways. I prefer when they use a nail file and then acetone as opposed to that machine thing. This place uses the machine thing. Thus my nails (under my new colour) look terrible with the ridges. There’s also shellac on a few of my fingers and cuticles. The ladies were really nice though. A colour change is $20. If you’re getting them to take off colour they didn’t put on, then it’s $25 and a shellac manicure is $38.

Jasmina Rad I truly don’t like writing bad reviews and usually just let it go, but these nails are pretty shocking sorry. To make it quick, I went for BIAB - firstly the tips were glued to my skin, there’s air bubbles under the thumb tip and the middle finger tip is already coming off my natural nail, the BIAB was filed down so much but then the shape is still so bad and uneven, and then they overfilled at the sides of my natural nail which hurt a bit and I’m worried about how they will grow back. They were friendly but I couldn’t recommend this place at all. They were in a rush and took any cash I had then I paid the remainder card without a discount at all lol I got a text straight away when I enquired that said “I’ll fix it for free” when I was just asking if they did BIAB before I came. I don’t really want them fixed for free, but really wish I didn’t pay $70 for this.

Alice Naughton I went first thing on a Saturday for gel nails and a pedi. Efficient service and I was all done within 30-45 mins which was great as I was with my young daughter. Nails were done really well with attention to detail and lasted almost a month! Much better than other places I have been. $125 for pedi polish, gel builder nails and kids nail paint.

Carrie Duo I got a mani pedi during my lunch break. I only had a short window of time but the ladies managed to finish both mani pedi within the time I needed. They were super friendly and efficient. Normally shellac only lasts 1-2 weeks for me but I’ve had them for 3 weeks and they are still going strong. I will definitely come back!

Claudia Merrill I go here every time I need a wax, facial or massage. The materials they use are really high quality, perfect for sensitive skin. Every time I come out of this place I feel so refreshed. Waxing is always perfect. Staff are very polite and fun to talk to. The prices are very reasonable too.
