I have been going into the salon for about three years and I always feel so taken care of! They make sure to listen, look at my inspo pics and provide feedback on colour and cut styles to best suit my hair goals. I had mostly been going in for a lived in blonde but recently decided for a change and went for a chocolate brown. I was a bit unclear on the exact colour I wanted so Katy whipped out the colour chart and explained my options, like ash vs warmth colours. The girls always make me feel so comfortable and put me at ease and the outcomes are always better than I could have imagined! My most recent appointment left me feeling like a million bucks! It’s been three years since I had my hair touched by a hairdresser because I’ve been so nervous that something will go wrong or I’ll leave not loving my results. However, when I spoke with Liss, she made me feel so comfortable, listened to AND went into detail with me to understand my vision. Isabella Watkins YOU NEED TO HIRE ASH ASAP!! I watched Ash look after my bride and her bridal party at a wedding I attended as a coordinator on Friday and oh was Ash a pleasure to work with! She was early to the venue and finished all the girls early and had plenty of time for touch ups and provided the girls with little touch up bags. Ash listened to my brides wishes with her makeup and made her look like a million dollars. Ash was thorough but still took her time to ensure all the girls looks were spot on to their inspo photos. 100% loved her vibe and hope to work alongside her again!

Rossella Rinaldi Easily the BEST massage I have ever had. I chose an hour of concentrated back and neck massage and everything was perfect. From the pressure applied that was just right, to the sections that were worked. Relaxing yes but also the relief of the tense knots and soar areas was amazing showing knowledge beyond what I have previously experience. Their menu of services is also very broad with an attention to pregnancy and post natal too. Will definitely return here and I recommend Fika to anyone in need of more than a quick massage.

Jessica Colmenar Reform is a great Pilates studio. I used to attend a larger franchise for years and tried heaps of different places and always went back. Reform is so much harder and I’ve seen more change in my strength and body in the last 3 months than I did in years elsewhere. The programming across the week makes it easy to attend 4-5 times as each session is planned with the week in mind rather than in isolation and I feel challenged every time I go with lots of options. They provide levels for beginners up to advanced for each move. Great to have this studio locally.

KaLing Ng I started going to Reform as part of my knee rehab and have so quickly fallen in love with the practice. A smaller class group means you get real attention from your instructor and Fiona, Amy and the rest of the team really do know what they’re doing. A great addition to the Engadine community, and would highly recommend to add to your fitness routine.

Southall Olivia (itsoliviasouthall) I cannot rave enough about Reform Engadine and Fiona! I walked into Reform Engadine never having tried reformer pilates before, and I felt so welcomed from the start. I’ve just completed my 50th class and I can honestly say that it feels like I have a new body - I feel so much more flexible and my core strength and stability has improved substantially! I love the classes, they are so fun and varied and I always leave the studio feeling energised and accomplished. I highly recommend Fiona and Reform Engadine.

Ballet Core My favourite studio to do Reformer Pilates with the best team of experienced instructors! The instructors go out of their way to make you feel cared for and in good hands, and the classes are always a great workout. The vibe of the studio is welcoming, fun and community friendly. inLIFE Engadine is my happy place!

Jessica Bec Shocking message wasted my money came in yesterday as a walk in. I paid deep tissue massage, now I know why they make you pay first because its horrible. I told her neck, barely touched it, was walking in and out alot and just rubbing oli everywhere and used elbow a few times with random holds did nothing, I told her hard get the knots out but she didnt do it. She couldnt be bothered either tired or over it. No deep tissue it was sensual at best. She just moving her hands up and down with oil massage. I left with the same knots I went in for. No system to mark what areas are to be treated and doesnt ask about Injuries either, big liability. She was pressing in my spinal hardware. Please train her again she obviously doesnt care or want to be there. Dont go there is better ones around.

Nipanan Noonnak Worth your money. Highly recommend "Aroma hot stone" here. It was so good. Before the massage I was carrying a sore back for a week but after the massage it felt back to normal. I met the owner, she is very friendly and very nice. She recommended me to get the hot stone for my sore back and Im glad listened. The shop is also very clean and smells very nice. I will come back here again.

This is exercise that is fun, and you want to keep coming back for more. The range of classes and their timetable is great. The encouragement is given to do your best and feel comfortable, always. I don’t get the exercises right the first time and the trainers are always their to correct you or lead the way so you can be your own success.
