He is good at suggesting products for your hair. I got a hairstyling product for my son since it is hard keep his hairs organised. The range of hair styling products MO sells are good quality. Julie Tran Christine truly works miracles… I have never seen my hair look as good as it did on my wedding day. I have the thinnest hair that sits very flat. Any time I’ve had a professional style my hair, very little volume can be achieved and regardless it never holds shape. Christine was able to bring so much volume to my hair and it literally held all day. I asked if she could achieve something special (esp. since I wasn’t going to be wearing a headpiece for my tea ceremony) but at the same time I didn’t want extensions. I couldn’t believe how well she brought my vision to life. In all my photos, her styling looked perfect from all angles. I also have to mention, she is just so efficient yet still manages to have such a fun and warm approach. She was exactly who I needed working on me on the such a stressful morning! Clint Culpan After cutting & beard trimming my own hair for decades, today I tried someone else because l wanted something beyond what l can do & l do a pretty good job. l have tried elsewhere several times in the past & always left unsatisfied, hence why l do it myself. However, being a first time customer at R & G & having an experience like no other…l’ll never cut my own hair again. Gino’s expertise & friendly nature will have me coming back for more every time l need a cut. They get busy & you will have to wait but l don’t think anyone that goes to R & G’s will tell you that it’s not worth the wait. I walked in there feeling like 50cents & walked out looking like a million dollars.

Zo Cher I had been on the waiting list for over a month to get an appointment with Alex, and I was thrilled with the highlights they did. After that, Paris had been taking care of my hair, and I’d been returning every 6-8 weeks to cover my greys and refresh my highlights and face frame. This time, I came in for my usual root touch-up (without bleach), nothing drastic, and mentioned that I thought my hair looked a little orange and asked if we could fix it. Instead, I walked out with my entire head covered in a dark colour, completely erasing the highlights I had spent months maintaining. During the "consultation," which barely felt like one, I was asked only two quick questions and was told my hair might feel a bit darker afterwards. I trusted that this meant a subtle adjustment,, not a drastic transformation. I went in with bronde hair and left as the darkest brunette I’ve ever been. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told over and over that, "now your hair looks even." But that’s not what I asked for, I’d been getting foils and highlights for months, so why would I want all of that covered? I left feeling devastated and had to cancel plans that evening because I didn’t feel like myself. I’ve never cried over my hair before, because its just hsor right, but this experience genuinely left me in tears.

I used to have very damaged hair until Sammy worked her magic and helped me on my journey to get healthy and very thick hair again. G M I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the freezing cold for my 9am appointment but no one has arrived and no one is answering the phone. I am due to give birth tomorrow and was leaving this till last minute to get my hair done. Big mistake trusting a new salon with this. Now my usual hairdresser has no appointments left for at least a week. Wouldnt recommend if you need someone reliable.
