I was a little hesitant having not dyed my hair in nearly a decade but my consultation with Sam was excellent. She had the knowledge and experience to help me understand the options. Most importantly, she listened to me and answered my questions and wanted to make sure I wasnt just happy but loved the outcome. Mission accomplished.

Angela Newland My whole experience with Belle was amazing. Ive spent the last few years, since my previous hairdresser closed, trying out several hairdressers between Hornsby and Gosford. With my extremely thick hair and not wanting to have wash and blowdry services, it has been incredibly difficult to find a salon that catered to my preferences a d made me feel comfortable about it. I sent a message through their website about my concerns and preferences and received a call from the owner within 30min. I was reassured of all my concerns and organised a booking for the next day. The stylist I was meant to see actually called in sick that day, but instead of rescheduling me Belle (the owner) made the effort to do my hair herself despite the salon obviously being quite busy. And she did a brilliant job! She was not put off by how thick my hair is. She asked my preferences, gave advice, and not once tried to talk me into getting more done than what I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone here. With such a competent and supportive leader, I imagine that there is nothing that this team cant handle.
