Patrick Zuluaga On-time, efficient and fast. The ferry ride is actually quite short but has good views. Definitely better than driving, just take this ferry.

Cristian Vergara On the Ferry heading to The Basin from Palm beach witnessing a father and young daughter missing their ferry ride by maybe not even 2 mins. Instead of telling them they’d have to wait an hr or longer for the next ferry, The crew on our ferry signalled the other ferry, they ferry turned around and picked them up. Honestly, one of the best things I’ve seen all year amongst all the crap things that’s been going on in the world. Crew well done for being solid human beings.

Paul Denton Lovely ferry and on time service, but watch out for what they charge you as I was incorrectly charged on both outward and return journeys (an accident I’m sure, but worth checking)

Danny DJ Good experience with kids; this ferry can be used to get you to the Basin campground (easier to access via ferry than road due to steep long walk from car park to campground); The staff is very helpful and provide direction and information for us the first timer for this ferry service; The ferry is 2 levels; has clean toilets; sit at the frying or top deck for great view
