Cordelia This park has it all. It’s a historic cemetery, playground and off leash dog park all in one.
You’ll learn all about local history as you walk through the graves. You’ll recognise the names on the headstones - Berry, Wollstonecraft and co. The crypts and monuments are impressive.
The playground is completely fenced. Lots of fun equipment to enjoy including a train.
It’s also a dog off leash park. There’s always a roll of free poo bags on offer and a water refill station. The off-leash area is not fully enclosed but it is huge, so your fur ball is unlikely to escape. It gets quite muddy after rain, so you may need to wash your pooch.
Lots of free parking in the surrounding streets.

Pamela Andrews Great idea for a dogpark! It would be even better if the entrances were double-gated. Beautiful place for dogs to play and roam free.

Philippa Dunstan This is a lovely playground that has just been upgraded by council. The train has been replaced with the structure, climbing bug and rcokers getting a refurbishment. There are two swing sets, with different seats including all abilities seat. There is also an accessible carousel that is really fun. Great setting.

Caitlin Weston Fantastic inclusive/accessible playground with level access carousel and a high backed swing with 5 point harness appropriate for people with special needs. Theres also a swing that allows a carer and infant to swing together. The less accessible parts of the playground are also beautifully designed.
Its right next to the freeway but that actually provides some pretty decent white noise so its a good place to take little ones in the stroller to get them to sleep.
The historic cemetery is beautiful and sun-dappled with interesting information panels scattered throughout.
