F Liu Great orange-painted pedestrian bridge for bikes, walkers, electric bikes, skateboarders. Easy access to Rhodes and Olympic Park across the river! Beats taking the ferry over! Lovely view from the bridge.

Syd Rev An old bridge that looks to be used for trains in the old days, but the new structure for the train is built next to this one and now is being used for pedestrian crossing between Meadowbank and Rhodes. The bike/walking path seems to be pretty long.

Amin Lashgari Couple of months ago, I visited John Whitton Bridge and had a fantastic experience! The views from the bridge are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for photos. The surrounding area is well-maintained, and it’s great for a leisurely stroll or a bike ride. I also appreciated the informative plaques that share the history of the bridge. It’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or a scenic walk!

Joydip Sinha A historical landmark bridge on Parramatta river between Rhodes and Meadowbank. The older bridge structure is now used as a cycling path, for walking across the river. The bridge was originally constructed in the 1880s and decommissioned after 100 years of service. An evening walk across this bridge over the river is a pleasant experience.

Hao Huynh Where the best view throughout the entire T9 Northern Line revealed. Always try to make a point not to miss the precious 20 seconds capturing the breathtaking scene of Parramatta River and its banks. Also great for a run between Meadowbank and Rhodes.
