Lucy Cattanach I went to get my eyelashes and brows done about a week ago, to start I asked for eye brow waxing and I got threading (I booked brow wax), my eyebrows were tinted black and my skin was stained well outside of my eyebrow shape. I asked for classic eyelash extensions and I got very long hybrid extensions. A few days after getting them done I noticed my eyes begun to itch and swell, after getting them removed by another salon I was told all of my natural eyelashes were stuck together and the extensions were not individually placed. I ended up with both eyes infected due to the lack of care and skill.

Thea Kacskovics The staff were really nice and friendly. My grandmother goes here regularly and her nails always look flawless. I went with her today and got French nails do the first time and they look great! The place itself is very pretty and I had a great experience!

Kathy Murray Worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in the industry no wonder I was the only person in the salon at 5 o’clock on a Thursday night but all other nail salons in The vicinity were full rush me out the door 15 minutes after applying one coat of nail polish Would not recommend flourishing nails to anyone. It’s amazing they’’re still in business.

Tayla Breunis I got SNS done on my nails today. The lady made me bleed twice, and then there was a lump in the SNS which I pointed out. I was getting a design but before the design I told them I wasn’t happy. All they did was put the design over the lump. I then also said that the lady had ruined the outside of my nail (cuticles and my fingers were bleeding) they said that I had to get a manicure ONTOP of me paying for my nails. Shocking service to be charged $85

Renee Bachtis We called up this morning and made appointments for three of us to get different services. There was no problem fitting us in. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely and we were asked what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. The environment was calm and all the staff were lovely. The finished product was beautiful as well. Happy to recommend this place to anyone considering their services.

Lea Smith I went to get a gel nail polish removal, the employees were very rude, I was polite and inquired about the student discount that was stated on the sign underneath the desk, the lady very rudely dismissed me and said it doesnt apply, I am a student and dont understand why they have a discount sign and dont let students actually use it. I asked for my nails to be shortened and the employee cut each nail at different lengths, they werent even equal! Some were square cut some where oval and the service was terrible. I will not be going here again and I do not recommend it too others. My nails are flaking and they feel weaker then ever.

Eva Fraser I had the most incredible experience with my eyebrow wax and tint, and the under-eye mask treatment with Frances! Frances is so kind, gentle and professional. She took the time to understand what I wanted. The eyebrow wax has given me beautifully shaped brows that frame my face perfectly. The tint added just the right amount of color, making my brows look fuller and more defined without being too bold. The under-eye mask has left my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. Frances is also extremely knowledgeable about the products, and it’s clear she cares about her clients’ results. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this treatment with Frances and I have rebooked. Thank you Frances!

Sasha D I arrived at the salon later on a Sunday afternoon, after having been turned away by another salon in the centre, and was warmly greeted by the staff who had no issues doing my nails within an hour of closing time. The lady was very friendly, suggested I have a new type of gel nail applied called Biab, and did a great job. Ill definitely be back!

Their affordable prices and great customer service make for an experience that is hard to find elsewhere. Strongly recommend for eyebrow waxing also!

Douglas Grace The Mall is really big, and literally has every big and small store I need. Parking on weekends can be a challenge, but with so many spots available it is always possible. Plenty of food outlets and a great cinema too.
