Sarah Butler Sami and her team are always amazing! Today I had my brows and lashes done by Moni for the first time and she did an incredible job - she was so skilled and very gentle. The team always impress me with their dedication and knowledge. Its by far the best I have experienced compared to places I have been previously.

hoda gad-hannaway Shop opened. 30 minutes late, I picked 3 colours which werent available when I picked another colour the staff member came back with the wrong colour, all she did was take old polish off and put new one on, there was no manicure that I was charged for, Ive been going to blue lagoon for years and appreciate thier service but todays was the absolute worst service I have ever had

Isabella Fitzgerald Warning . Worst nails I’ve ever had done. They completely ruined my nails. Has finger nail done. These people should not be in business . I simply wanted infills and a repair on one nail. The older woman used a small knife to peel of my sns. I went in with long natural nails and she butchered them convinced me it would be sorted. I left with all my nails shorter then my finger tips as none of them were straight all were damaged and they filed and cut my length and filed across the grain. This experience is depressing as it took me a year to get my nails nice in the first place. I dont ever bother doing reviews but people need to be warned. Within 24 hrs all my nails also started to chip. It’s going to take me months to get them to grow back. I had to go somewhere else to get them repaired a couple of days later. DO NOT WALK INTO this place. They should not be in business.

Patricia One star belongs to the shops in the centre, management dont get a star for the simple reason the owners are extremely slack. It took them three months to repair something as simple as a toilet door lock and now the lift is out of order for two weeks now your guess is as good as mine when it will be up and running again, but for the time being i will have to take my broken ankle and shop at Coles and woolworths. Meanwhile, the managements still collecting rent from the stores.
