Bookworm Coco and Casey are two very professional masseuses. Both have very good hands and are capable of working the knots and kinks out of my body. They are able to handle my sore neck and back muscles and are able to treat me with utmost care. The entire package (2hr massage) is very worth the price. Thank you so much for the best services. Me, my best friend and my husband will forever be loyal customers. I’d suggest Coco and Casey to anyone who wishes to have wonderful relaxation.

Thin Swan Had a great experience at Panacea in Chatswood! The staff (Ana & Jennifer) were very welcoming & knows what they’re delivering. I came for their facial treatment so i got started on a facial consult, followed with a full treatment in the treatment room. Prices start from $168 depending on the treatment you’re planning to get (they are on average to higher end facials in Sydney). ☺️

kylie perry I have been so impressed with the knowledge and services they provide. Poppy the owner is hands on and has completely changed my skin. The facials they offer are by far the most beautiful facial I have ever had. They have heaps of new technologies and treatments and machines to get the results I havent been getting else where. So well priced as well.

S S Tracy has been my beautician for over 10 years and my skin always feels great after seeing her. She uses great products and she tailors it to your skin type, I have dry, sensitive skin but have never had an issue with any of the products shes used. She gives great, honest advice and never pushes u to buy products or services. Also love the shoulder and neck massages she gives as part of the facial, very relaxing! Highly recommend.

Jane Irvine I have been getting lash extensions for years and Jenny is by far the best. I have been seeing her for a year or two now and there’s not a week that goes by I don’t get a compliment on my lashes from someone. I go once a month and even then my lashes are still looking pretty full, and in the past I had to go fortnightly with other technicians. She is the absolute queen at full but still natural. Will not trust anyone else with my lashes now.

Bora Jin It’s a special salon where I can enjoy both a scalp massage and a facial massage at the same time. Out of all the massages I’ve had recently, this one was by far the best. I had been feeling quite stressed these days, and it turned out to be the perfect place to relax and chill. I truly believe everyone should experience this amazing spot at least once.

melandrew Both me and my partner booked 1pm appointments, but when we arrived only 1 person could be served because they double booked people and nobody was available. Based on my observation during my 30min waiting time, they try to keep customers without considering any booking clashes. Later that female hairdresser was obviously in a rush, finished trimming both of our hair very fast as she does not care about how it looks on you, she just wants this to be done and paid. She was not gentle either, pulling hair and nails scratching ears too. If you speak Korean, they treat you with respect and care. If you dont speak Korean, it is hard to communicate. This used to be our go-to hairdresser, but we will not go anymore.

Rhiannon Gee My mum and I went to get our nails done and they were amazing, I got acrylic with a design and mum got regular polish mani pedi. The service was amazing and the people were so kind. The pricing was also incredible, you get a lot more for your money here than in Westfield. 10/10 would highly recommend

The curls turned out beautifully—natural, bouncy, and with just the right amount of volume. Plus, the process didn’t damage my hair at all! Extremely clean area too! Always being greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately with a cup of hot tea and clean slippers. Beauticians are amazing and professional as well, very gentle and knowledgeable. Convenient location, just next to the station and close to Westfield. They also provide hot tea and snacks after the treatments too! Highly recommend!

Cleaning and extraction are done by hand, which is exactly what sets them apart, in addition to the range of facial and body treatments available. The massage pressure is beyond perfection!
