Soph was professional and knowledgeable she recommended lashes based on my natural lashes and her expertise in the business. She did not hard sell any particular service I still had the choice of lash service after all options were presented to me. Soph was friendly and has a sense of calm that helped alleviate my anxiety as I am an older customer and a cancer survivor.
