Claire Ive recently started taking my cocker to Waggle House for occasional daycare. Juli, the owner, made us feel very welcome. She recommended a way to transition my dog (who has some separation anxiety) so she could be best supported to adjust to the new surroundings. This took time and patience but had a good outcome. Juli places the dogs needs paramount and shows care and compassion.

Kim Whittle I just absolutely love Waggle House and the concept behind it! My fur baby LOVED his groom day! He met and played with tons of friends and came home looking like a teddy bear prince! My heart felt great knowing he wasn’t stuck in a cage but rather making tons of friends; it allowed me to carry on my work day without panic! Julie, the owner, also has a lovely soul and you can tell she is besotted with the doggies and the doggies with her! I’m so happy I’ve found Waggle House! Price was also reasonable and cheaper I’ve paid elsewhere for the same groom! Will definitely be back again and again!

Julietta I had a wonderful experience! Rav was very kind and welcoming. She was gentle with her touch yet very skilled. Since my native language is not English and I have an accent, it can sometimes be challenging to explain what I want to a hairdresser and get the desired results. However, Rav understood me perfectly and went beyond my expectations. I am very happy with the outcome! I’m the type of person who will not return to a hairdresser if they treat my hair poorly or pull it roughly without considering how hard I’ve worked to maintain healthy hair. Rav treated my hair and scalp gently, which is more than enough for me to want to come back! I really enjoyed the scalp massages at the sink and the warm eye mask, which made the experience both relaxing and satisfying. She also offered a selection of hot and cold beverages. The location is great, conveniently situated next to cafes and stores. However, it can get quite chilly in the winter due to the open doors, so I recommend bringing an extra layer. Its also worth mentioning that you wont find a "Hair by Rav" store, as she works within "Stacey Claire Hair Artistry." I walked around a bit trying to find the place until I realised that! They do mention this in the booking confirmation email, but it can be easily overlooked. Overall, it was such a delightful experience that Ive already booked my next appointment! Yay! Thank you, Rav! ♥️

Carla Maria Rav knows colour. I love how natural my hair always looks after Rav has brought be back to my “natural colour”. I cannot recommend Rav highly enough. Especially for blonde hair. Run, don’t walk! Thank you Rav! X

She is incredibly attentive and knowledgable, and offered honest advice to achieve the look and colour I was after leading up to my wedding. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with the brief we agreed to - and I am especially nervous since my hair can be quite temperamental to colour. Absolutely stoked with the end result! Highly recommend!

Was very impressed with Indy as she walked me through the process of my treatment as well as helping with my home care routine. Tamara Cuevas Unfortunately, i had a horrible experience. I booked a $120 haircut online, and paid the $60 deposit to secure the appointment. One of the girls starting cutting my hair in the opposite way that i described. She went to ask another hairdresser for help and then i was told that there had been a mistake and that they thought i had arranged for an Apprentice Hairdresser to cut my hair. At absolutely no point was i informed or asked if i consented to an apprentice hairdresser to cut my hair. As far as i was aware, i was paying $120 for a professional service, not an apprentice. The appointment was for 1 hour, and it ended up being 2 hours in total. I am somewhat grateful that the other hairdresser tried to fix the mistake, but at the end of the day my hair is now way shorter than i would have ever liked it to be. Which is quite upsetting to say the least. Perhaps next time, the hairdresser would like to ask the client if they wanted an apprentice or not instead.
