Sarah Cameron These guys did a great cut on my son however when we got home he said he wished it was a bit shorter on the sides. We went back the next day and they fixed him up at no extra charge. Really friendly staff and excellent service!

Kathryn Lisa I unfortunately had a very bad experience at this salon. The customer service was horrific, the one hairdresser that was there was miserable, disengaged and unfriendly. The hairdresser took a photo of me without my consent!!! and without warning! On top of this I walked out with an uneven haircut. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable. If this is how the salon runs I have no idea where all these 5 star ratings are coming from but it may explain why the salon appears to be empty most days. Turns out five star google reviews aren’t always a true reflection of what a customer will actually experience.

I felt completely comfortable the entire time — she has such a calm, welcoming energy. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me a haircut that completely exceeded my expectations. My hair feels so healthy, fresh, and easy to style now. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great vibe. I walked out feeling more confident and refreshed — which is exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, kind, and detail-oriented stylist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ella Wilson Been getting my hair cut here for almost a year and have loved the result of every visit! Hely is amazing at cutting layers and my bangs quickly and well, she has also given me lots of tips with how to style my cuts and make them last longer. I definitely recommend!

Jayme Falkingham I came to Just cuts at warriewood last school holidays for my kids to get a haircut and I was very pleased with the staff and their friendly atmosphere. I had a few hours to spare before work today so I thought I would stop in and get my hair done as it hasnt been tamed in months. Booked online from the car, walked down and was seated within a minute or 2. When I told the hairdresser what I wanted and why, (shorter and low maintenance)she explained that the cut was the complete opposite of low maintenance and suggested a different cut. She was super friendly and left me feeling much lighter and refreshed and much happier than I would have been if she has just done what I had asked for. Well done Jaz, Ill be back for sure :)
