Great atmosphere, excellent selection of Hammer Strength machines (perfect for anyone serious about strength training), and the cleanliness and order here are genuinely impressive. Matt Stone Im a seasoned ultra marathon runner who has run many 100km and 100mile ultras. I joined The Body Transformation Academy (BTA) specifically to improve my performance at the Ultra Trail Australia (UTA) 100 mile race. Aiden and Holly helped me significantly increase my strength and quickly identified and fixed areas of weakness. The result was an impressive improvement in my endurance capability. Despite an Achilles injury I was still able to run fast at the 150km mark in the race and I finished in under 30hours. ...not bad for an injured 49 year old! BTA fixed weaknesses I couldnt find or fix on my own (despite an existing regime of basic strength work). I highly recommend the Body Transformation Academy to anyone wanting to improve their running.

Mark Lawton Aidan and the team at BTA are brilliant. Super friendly and expertly knowledgeable. As an Ultra Trail runner himself, Aidan understands running, and what is required to build a strong body, capable of going the distance. Ive just completed my 3rd 100km race, and Ive never felt stronger through the race thanks to Aidan. But its not just the strength training, but the tips, advice and banter with someone who shares the same passion are all part of the package. If youre doing a couch to 5k, or chasing the next miler, youre in safe hands with Aidan

Ivan Seeto Just joined for a few weeks very impressive gym: spacious, heaps of great equipment, fantastic environment and culture, and most importantly the great Berk. Berk is such a friendly, genuine, professional and approachable staff member. Like any business they can make improvements (by the way this ia not a complaint in any shape or form but more to highlight Berks enthusiasm to make this gym the best) and initially in sent an email with some "suggestions" based on my experience from my previous gym. When i told Berk about the email he asked directly what were my suggestions and he gave me direct and honest answers to what they could implement and what they couldnt but he also agreed with a lot of the suggestions because of his experience and his desire to make this gym the best flagship gym. Thanks Berk for your friendliness and down to earth professionalism. Keep up the great work.

Rohan Bull Plus Fitness Belrose is an awesome gym! The space is super spacious and never feels crowded, which makes every workout so much better. They’ve got a huge variety of machines — seriously, everything you could possibly need, no matter your training style. The recovery area is a great bonus too — the ice bath setup looks amazing, and I can’t wait for the sauna to arrive soon! Overall, it’s a fantastic environment to train, recover, and stay motivated.

Owen Chun A-class treatment AND customer service. Nick is a very experienced chiro and makes an effort to get to know the patients whether he treats you directly or not. No physio sessions are wasted with Briony - She actively listens to every detail of your symptoms and applies her wealth of knowledge to provide the right treatment for you. Your program will be adjusted each session based on YOUR feedback and her assessment of your progress. She is very organised and professional in her work with every interest in your recovery. I cannot fault her effort or recommend her more! The team also set realistic goals and revisit these as you progress, keeping both you and your practitioner accountable able for your recovery!

Tessa Michniewski Nick has been absolutely incredible. Before seeing him, I had tried multiple practitioners in different fields with little to no long-term relief from my injury. I had reached the point where I was seriously considering surgical options for my neck, and the sport I had hoped to return to post-injury felt completely out of reach. From the very first session, Nick’s confidence, calm approach, and belief in my recovery made me feel like returning to my sport was actually possible again. That alone gave me the trust and confidence to fully commit to the process, which I had completely lost before seeing him. Nick approaches treatment from every angle; physical, neurological, and psychological, and his depth of knowledge and experience is unmatched. He is the first practitioner I have ever seen who genuinely takes the time and cares to understand what is happening in your body and does not stop until he finds the root cause and a way to treat it properly. This level of care is something I had never experienced from any physio, chiro, or specialist before. Alongside my injury, I was also suffering from ongoing vertigo symptoms. Even after seeing specialists, I never achieved results like I did with Nick, and that was after just one session. I truly see Nick as a gift. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m starting to return to myself pre-injury. My confidence is back, I now have management tools, and for the first time in a long while, the future feels hopeful again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Helen Schutz My initial consultation was very thorough and Natasha diagnosed my problem quickly. The treatment she gave me has made a big difference already and she has given me a treatment plan for the next two weeks. I highly recommend Natasha from the Physio Pilates Studio.

Sue McKindlay I have been coming to The Physio Pilates Studio for most of this year.. predominantly Mat classes which i love! Always challenging and superbly guided by our instructors. Today i di my first reformer class with Natasha and was surprised how challenging it was. Getting used to the reformer was one thing but I enjoyed it very much. Good combination of my mat and trx training experience. I look forward to the new Pilates Strength class coming soon to Sundays yay!

Liz Young I would definitely recommend Louise to anyone looking for a personal trainer. My training had been very stop and start with more stops than starts but Louise has encouraged me to get in to a regular pattern of training. Best of all it is varied - weights, cardio and resistance all combined to provide a tough but enjoyable workout and most importantly a programme which is getting results. I feel much better physically and mentally and Louise definitely motivates me to work hard and push myself much more than I ever would on my own.

Brooke Louise is an excellent personal trainer and very committed to your health and care while training but also after. From the beginning she ensures she provides training designed specifically for each individual but also according to health and physical limitations and strengths. I love the work out environment, you feel comfortable and have lovely people around. I would gladly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
