5 /5 Rebecca Kozor: I started training with Aidan with a big goal in mind: to run the Kosci100 ultra trail race in November. I was struggling with ITB issues and knew I needed expert guidance with strength training to support my running, prevent injury and keep me progressing. From day one, Aidan has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely committed to helping me succeed. He quickly understood what I needed and has built a tailored strength plan to help me, as well as working closely with my physio to make sure everything is aligned and adapted to where I’m at to get the best possible results.
Aidan has a deep knowledge of strength training, especially for runners, and what really sets him apart is that he gets it — he’s an accomplished ultrarunner himself, having recently completed the UTA Miler. That first-hand experience brings depth to his coaching. He understands the physical and mental demands of long-distance running and translates that into thoughtful, purposeful programming.
Most importantly, Aidan genuinely cares. He brings a calm, professional and supportive presence to every session (even at 5.15am!) and truly wants his clients to achieve. Thanks to him, I’m getting stronger, staying consistent, and feeling more confident as I prepare for this challenge.
