5 /5 JB Delcourt: Ben is an awesome personal trainer. I have had an back / hip injury for 2 years. Ben has catered his program for my needs and after a few months I started feeling much stronger. He has been very patient and creative through the whole process by implementing new exercises to gently get me stronger without aggravating my injury. The small groups training is great with varied programs catering to everyones needs. Two more things - great banter with Ben and the group. And the prices are affordable compared to other places. You wont find a better place!

5 /5 Anna Merkurieva: I really enjoy training here. It works well if you’re just starting out or if you already have some experience but still want a supportive environment. The groups are small and the approach is very individual. Ben and George pay close attention to technique and can adjust the program to your needs. The atmosphere is great too: a good company of people, so you never get bored. It’s the kind of place where you not only get stronger and feel proud of yourself, but also switch off from the day, change your environment, and spend an evening or a morning with good people. Totally worth it

He strikes the perfect balance between encouragement and accountability, making each session both challenging and rewarding. His knowledge of proper form, injury prevention, and long-term progress is outstanding.

As a middle-aged woman I’m very mindful of injury, and George is absolutely attuned to that. He and Ben are both exercise physiologists and really know what they’re doing. They are well-trained and mindful of my limitations as well as my strengths.
