Shayna Waaka I have been training with Yuki for roughly 7 years. Without a doubt, Yuki is the best trainer!! I highly recommend him. He has a depth of knowledge to share and a real passion for what he does. This is reflective in the training programs created which are tailored to your personal needs/goals. Yuki is reliable and consistently checks in on how your training is going and on how your body is feeling post workout. This definitely helps with accountability! My biggest lessons whilst training with Yuki are… 1. Consistency is key 2. Patience 3. Trust the process, changes don’t happen overnight Even when self-doubt creeps in, Yuki is motivating in a way that challenges and pushes you to reach and achieve things I never thought I could do. Uplift Womens Health Collective - NSW
