Kirsten Franc Pilates at Grounded Movement isnt a gym class, its a pilates session that is tailored for you and your bodys needs. And regular sessions here not only elevates your physical strength and mobility, also your mind and body connection.
My instructor, Liz, knows my body better than I do, and seeing her has been incredibly beneficial for me in relation to both of those things. And it is incredibly enjoyable, one of the highlights of my week!
