5 /5 J Robaert: I had my first session at Uplift Women’s Health Collective in Mitcham today for postpartum rehab and lower back pain, and it was a really positive experience. The therapist took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the treatment accordingly, which made me feel confident and supported. Even after just one session, I already feel hopeful about the progress I can make. I’m looking forward to continuing the treatment and would definitely recommend Uplift Women’s Health Collective to others seeking personalised and professional physiotherapy care.

5 /5 Bron Venables: Love this clinic. The staff are so welcoming and supportive, the facilities are lovely and the advice is always on point. Love the range of services and the lactation room and changing facilities for when little ones have to come along. Can’t recommend Uplift highly enough!

5 /5 jess bradbury: Such a beautiful space for women especially post partum to seek support from warm, kind, patient and very helpful staff. From reception to the physios it continues to be a great experience every time. I love how the staff will help me with my baby while I work out. They will talk to him and pick up or help me out him in a bouncer so he is happy while I’m there. Takes the stress off me so I can focus on doing the exercises. Highly recommend Nicole and Stevie.
