Kieser Pymble - VIC

Ken Hawking I recently completed an 18 week course at Kieser Pymble to push back the need for a double knee replacement. The staff , Aiden , Kyle and Tammy in particular fantastic in putting me through the program which i found really beneficial to push back or replace the need for surgery. All staff I met were always friendly and polite even if i didnt know them.Highly Reccomended

Anytime Fitness Roxburgh Park - VIC

Deniz Levent Anytime Fitness Roxburgh Park is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The gym floor is always spotless, and the layout makes it easy to find what you need without feeling cramped. The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable — they genuinely make you feel welcome from day one. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, they’re always happy to offer tips and encouragement. I also love how secure and accessible the gym is — being able to train 24/7 gives so much flexibility.

Modern Movement - VIC

Agathe Russell This yoga and Pilates studio is my happy place! Amazing instructors, a beautiful community and a grounding atmosphere make this studio better than any other yoga studio on the Northern Beaches. I love that every instructor has a different style and that each class varies so you always learn something new. Plenty of modifications are offered as well as challenging poses for those who are more advanced. The online content is awesome too for days where you cant make it to the studio. This is the place to be if you love yoga and want to practice in a beautiful space.
