Bridie Miles I recently came back to the gym after having a baby to rebuild my fitness and train for Hyrox. It’s the same gym I went to before pregnancy, but it’s now under new ownership, and honestly, it couldn’t be better. The place is spotless, the staff are so supportive, and the community vibe is unreal!!

Regina Mosh I am are incredibly happy with my 4-year-old daughters little champs karate clases! Since starting, I’ve noticed great improvements in her concentration and posture. She has also become much more confident when speaking. The instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging, making the classes fun and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their childs confidence and focus while learning valuable life and self-defense skills!

Glenis Wilson Really enjoy fitness nation. Price is reasonable considering how big this gym is. Very big gym and has so much equipment and everything is always clean. A lot of people also clean the equipment when they are finished too with the wet wipes they have. The staff are really good too really friendly. They have an area for kids too but you just don’t have anyone watching them but it’s not for newborn and toddlers it’s for older kids from 5 years I recon. Coming to fitness nation I enjoy being here cause of the vibes it provides I stay here so long I’ve never felt this way at other gyms before im so happy I got rid of my last gym. Highly recommend
