Olivia M Lilian was wonderful! She took a look at my skin and was able to identify some issues immediately - she asked me questions regarding my skin care routine, what products I use and tailored my treatment to my skin as well as talking me through what each product/treatment would do to assist with my skin. Lilian also was kind enough to talk to me about my current products and advise what is good for my skin and what isnt without trying to upsell me or sell me any promoted products. Was great to have a facial that felt amazing but was also assisting in the treatment of my skin.
