paris jade I had been going to this salon for about a year and always loved it, but after my recent visit, I’ll never return. The nail tech cut several of my cuticles one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding, and I had to hold a cotton pad on it. She never acknowledged it or checked if I was okay. At the end, I politely asked not to pay for the manicure ($15 off) due to the injury and lack of care. She refused, was incredibly rude, and just wanted the money. If a service causes pain, why should I pay in full? This wasn’t about the money, it was the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic decency. If that’s how they treat regulars, I worry for new customers. Absolutely do not recommend.
