Although my busy schedule didn’t allow me to do a bridal trial, I trusted her completely based on her incredible work. She did not disappoint! I was almost brought to tears when I saw how beautiful I looked. Ellie also did an amazing job with my hairstyle change and touch-ups for the reception. All I can say is she is absolutely worth it! Claudia Fu I had Ellie do my make up for my wedding day and it was absolutely fantastic. She’s great at make up that enhances existing features as opposed to making me look like a different person. Kelly also assisted on the day and did some of my bridesmaids’ make up and it was also so natural and beautiful. The make up lasted all day and she also spent about an hour on my hair, making sure I got the look I wanted and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend Ellie and her team :)

Every treatment has been carefully curated, accompanied by quality products, and performed in a beautifully clean and relaxing space. Lisa’s valuable advice has prompted me to invest more time in my skin routine at home, and it’s never looked better. I love that Lisa also stocks (but never pushes) quality products and is happy to work with clients to tailor a skin program to their specific needs. Highly recommend!

Lillian Kas I have been visiting Lisa at laser logic for many, many years. Her knowledge and passion for skin is incredible, as well as her care factor for her clients. She always goes the extra mile to ensure my skin health is a priority all year round. Especially in summer when my skin is very dark! I love the secure here and the time and effort put in to every service. Lisa is the most thorough laser tech I’ve had (and I’ve been to a ridiculous amount). Highly recommend for laser hair removal, skin treatments and skin care products!

Miroslav Jančo Horrible! The worst mani pedi of my life. Avoid the lady with bangs !!! She doesn’t speak English and her work is just terrible. Ugliest mani pedi ever! It looks like it was done by a kid. Every nail has different length and shape. The signs outside says mani pedi is for 55$ and i still ended up paying 80$. So now i have to go to another salon to fix what she has done because i am ashamed to walk like this.

em xbby I have been getting my nails done here for a while out of convenience as I live in the area and work full time. everytime i have gone here they have been extremely rude to me, the staff are passive aggressive. They have also every single time burnt my skin off with the drills and blamed it on me? The shellac always peels off after a week, just not good quality. My nails are always bumpy on the sides and inconsistent, they don’t let you pay with card either so have cash if you choose to go here. On my day off I want to relax and have a pleasant experience getting my nails done treating myself PAYING FOR A SERVICE. This is certainly not a relaxing OR pleasant experience.

Lise Rutherford I have given this place a decent go, and also took my kids there a couple of times. Been there 5 times over the course of 4 months and always had to go back to get some nails “fixed” after a week. Fixed is also not so true as the end result was often worse than before. My last attempt was a week ago, had to come back after 7 days to fix 4 chipped nails, which peeled off the very next day. I decided to go back to take the whole lot off (I mean what’s the point!) and ended getting charged $10! They will never see the color of my money again!

Andrea Gia Appalling customer service. Talking on top of your head in another language with each other while they’re across the room from each other. You make a booking and turn up on time, they make you wait half an hour. They could use to learn more about customer service and etiquette. Also got lashes done there once and one side was way more filled than the other and when I mentioned it the lady told me to pull some out in a few days from the one that had more…. It’s a shame because their nail work can be good but their behavior is a turn off.

Vicky Totally rude!!! Passive aggressive!!! Disgraceful customer service. Disappointing that they operate in our local community. Make appointments that they dont keep. Made an appointment, turned up and they were totally full. was told it would not be long. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment and then just left. So frustrating as I was trying to fit this in between work appointments. So disrespectful. Dont take appointments if you cannot keep them. Just do "walk-in"! Really made my blood boil. The other thing is they charge whatever they feel like and it is always "cash only" - no internet connection. Funny that most nail salons have this problem. None of the other Lugarno shops have a connectivity issue. Maybe we need to ring the Australian Tax Office. My friend went the other day and they charged her $55 for SNS - yet two and a half weeks ago they charged her $45. Whilst I was there another lady that was with her husband and had both just had a pedicure complained about the random pricing- $35 this time , yet just before Christmas weeks it was $25.
