Rochelle Burn I wish I new about Therese a long time ago, she is an all-round expert with anything to do with hair, cut, colour, hairdryers you name it she’s on top of it. My last haircut I decided when I was in the chair to go short, I showed Therese a photo of me with short hair about 20 years ago and she did such a fantastic cut, I have never ever had so many compliments on a haircut before. A friend of mine saw me with my new haircut and booked in with Therese the next week. Therese and her staff (shout out to Pippa!) are so welcoming, her salon is spotlessly clean, and you feel so welcome the minute you walk in.

Jen O Thérèse is an amazing hairdresser. She really takes care to create the look that you want and is not only incredibly professional but so friendly and welcoming. . A fabulous colourist too.

Jane Gulline Can’t recommend this salon more. This is five stars for the whole salon experience. The salon is comfortable, love tea/wine with my colour and cut. Whether I want to maintain a look or go for a change, my hair is always perfection when I leave. Have been having blonde colouring for years and Mel has kept my hair healthy and vibrant. Nads CM Had the best spray tan! Melanie is so friendly. No streaking and the Eco Tan product faded so naturally. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this salon!

Ruth Sugden I think the real test of a hairdressor is when you DONT have thick, interesting hair. With gorgeous, shiny younger hair, well, youve got good/easy material to work with! When its difficult older hair... thinning, greying, growing unevenly (and the big challenge), growing like carrot tops post- chemotherapy you need Melanie. She cuts like a champ on the really difficult stuff, has great ideas for styles and suggests products that really do make a difference. But really good cutting to make the most of what youve got. Shes a lovely person and doesnt chat too much. The good magazines and the little dog are extra bonuses.

Liam Googly Hello my name is Liam. My experience at this hairdresser as amazing. Tony is such a wonderful and down to earth guy. There is only one fault , he needs a better Italian name for example Pablo a very Italian name.

Kathryn Lambkin This is where to go for a proper hair cut with scissors, perfectly blended, rather than an easy clipper cut. The barber even taught my partner where to change his part to to handle a double cowlick. No one else has ever bothered to help and just cut it how he had it styled. Edit: I went in for a ladies trim for long hair, straight across the bottom. Much cheaper than a salon, no booking, no waiting, no smelling bleach, fast service and neat cut. And of course Tony has great stories. Just the one owner operator, proudly in Australia for 48 years, from Messina Sicily.

Sue Webb Natalie and her team are always very friendly. They know their clients well and there is always a happy buzz about the place. Natalie does a great job with my hair colour and I receive many lovely comments on it from friends and family. I would highly recommend Radiance Hair to anyone looking for a new look or just a good cut.

Ellen I’ve been seeing Natalie for around 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly skilled at both cut and colour, and has the ability to understand what I want, even when I’m not quite sure myself. Beatrice Zielinski Service- Haïr cut and highlights. It may have been a unique day today but it was very busy and my appointment didn’t start until 35mins later. Then there was confusion about the service I booked for (not a big issue as it was immediately rectified thankfully), but it seems some clients were offered rose sparking drinks and some were forgotten or not offered by afternoon of Friday. I wasn’t going to have to any but being asked when others were offered immediately didn’t give you that unique experience it seems to give to some. After spending 400.09 there I thought would be unique. Then my hair was blowed dried but not style and then I was rushed out only to be ignored at the counter because my hairdresser had to rush to her next client. It may be because they were busy but did not enjoy the experience today. However Anna is a very good highlight specialist and and hair cut stylist.

Despite a naturally busy Salon on a Saturday, Teresa was so kind, and worked her magic to fit me in. Her kindness and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The blow dry I received from Damien was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail and skill transformed my hair. My hair felt and looked amazing, with a shine and bounce that even my friends noticed. Thank you, both, for going above and beyond. Your dedication to your clients does not go unnoticed. Ayala Livson They are fantastic at interpreting what you want, and they are always very friendly. Caters form childrens cuts to high quality cuts and colouring for men and women. Parking is no problem and bus stops are close by. Highly recommended.

Is It Correct This is a great little salon, the love for the customer and their hair is apparent the minute you walk through the door. They preformed magic on my tragic hair, they listened to what I wanted to achieve and bingo that’s what I got. I love my hair

Philip Moloney I entered this shop on a Saturday morning in early January 2017 with my grandson thinking I had a booking for him there. Instead of advising me I should perhaps enquire at the other hairdresser shop behind them, I was shouted at by the receptionist that the shop had no booking for me, then accused of rudeness by a female hairdresser (although I can understand why she thought that!), then threatened with physical violence by a heavily tattooed male hairdresser in front of my 8 yo grandson and called a silly and sad old man by that same chap when I complained in writing on their facebook page. He also confirmed his threat in his response! The following is his written response to my original complaint, (the latter he removed from the establishments website): - "Rudeness witnessed by a shop full of people. You accidentally found yourself in a business that has been operating in the area for 30 years. Today a silly old man with a little boy walked in to our shop telling us that he had rang and booked an appointment for the boy When the foolish man was politely told he was in the wrong place he took great offense and walked out muttering of our incompetence . The sad man then was terrified when I approached him to discuss ( scissors in hand because I was in the middle of a hair cut). After the confrontation the embarrassed man walked around to the barber around the corner (who is a great friend of ours and wasnt aware of the poor behavior of the sad fellow) and got the boys haircut. Unbeknownst to the man I went in to the barber shop after he had left to see if he had received a phone call asking about the boys haircut before they arrived. The barber told me that yes, he had. So the sad old man had walked into the wrong shop and then in his embarrassed state caused a scene. He was very lucky that the young boy was there because things could have actually escalated a lot further. What a sad, sad, old fellow!" My response to that was: -"Agreed! The barber in the rear of the same building was a refreshing contrast to the arrogance and intimidation of a certain male Fix hairdresser (Tobi?)! Perhaps an excess testosterone problem, or he was still coming down from his holiday!" I did not mutter as I left the shop, I stood in the street experiencing several emotional feelings, including bewilderment that I was being threatened with physical violence, for allegedly being rude and in front of my grandson, and it seemed it was only the intervention of the female hairdresser that he didnt actually carry out his threat. So, in his reply our male hairdresser, had an explanation for my initial enquiry, but chose to use it for the further denigration.

MONIQUE UNDERWOOD I have gone to this hairdresser all my life. They always do a great job! A fun environment to be around. I would never go anywhere else.

Michele Roache My visit was to purchase products, I had the most amazing service from Yuzuru. He showed me and demonstrated the styling product that was suitable for my hair. 4 products for under $100 is good value for quality products.

Barbara McDonald I regularly get my hair cut by Zohreh at Just Cuts Northbridge. Zohreh is an excellent hair cutter and stylist. I am always super happy with the result.

EKANAYAKE Can the management look in your the pll who are working here. When specific instructions were given how I want the hair and was accepted they can fo it, half way after washing the lady didnt know how to get the hair style I explained ended up blMing me for not explaining. Disapointed how much you charged just for wash hair and a blow dry. Not hood at all. I concidse the communication and experiences staff has here. I wouldnt recommend
