Laetitia B. I went to a few reformer classes while I was in Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend this Studio. Masha was a great instructor, very nice, professional and giving useful feedback to everyone / correcting your posture or adapting the exercices if needed. The size of the classes was nice, the studio is very spacious and clean - I enjoyed it much more than the other Pilates places I went to in Melb!

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!

Ruben N. Not sure why they got a lot of bad reviews here. It gets busy after 5 pm (obviously!), but before that its completely fine! They just changed some older machines to the new ones, and I love it! People are generally friendly & respectful. They wipe the machine after use, not being too loud there, or spending too much time on their phone. Lovely people in our community, basically! Constructive feedback: I did find sometimes some wet wipes on the floor beside the machine after someone used them to wipe the machine. Not sure why this person does not chuck it in the bin. Overall, I am happy with our local gym!

Tara Anstey Katie was so welcoming, the room was beautifully set up and the session was so relaxing. I had the best nights sleep that Ive had in such a long time. I feel completely refreshed today.
