Daniel Moon From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Ive been dealing with Holloway Diamonds, mostly Brighton for quite some time now and both my wife and I are very happy with all our jewelry. Ive been dealing with Grace, Effie, David & Garry in recent times, but the whole team is excellent. In recent times Ive become a bit enamoured with platinum, having many of our pieces remade and I couldnt be happier. I am not the most user friendly customer, so dealing with Grace in particular has made the experience better for all. Of course, youll go along way and waste a lot of time, if you go looking for someone better versed in diamonds than Garry!
