1 /5 Dom Gattermayr: I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience with this jeweller and would not recommend to anyone. I was quoted a price and a time for how long my piece would take to be resized and neither was met. I was told my ring would take 1 week and after 2 weeks with no word from them i called simply asking how long they expected until it would be ready. I was rudely told it would be another week (coming into the week of christmas) of which i was working every day. I was then told they were closing until late jan meaning i wouldnt be able to pick it up until feb, 2 months after quoted date! After i explained how this wasnt entirely acceptable and NOT what i was told when i took my ring there Mary said she would get the ring by friday so i could get it before feb. When i came in on the friday to pick up the ring i was charged $50 more than the quoted price for the courier to get it "rushed"...... it was 2 weeks late from their end how is that rushing? I was disappointed and let down by how unprofessionally this was treated and the ring is still too big. I didnt have time to dispute this in store and there were other customers so i didnt want to make a scene however i contacted Mary later to express my disappointment and i received no answer. If you value a professional and honest service i would recommend another jeweller
