Dom Gattermayr I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience with this jeweller and would not recommend to anyone. I was quoted a price and a time for how long my piece would take to be resized and neither was met. I was told my ring would take 1 week and after 2 weeks with no word from them i called simply asking how long they expected until it would be ready. I was rudely told it would be another week (coming into the week of christmas) of which i was working every day. I was then told they were closing until late jan meaning i wouldnt be able to pick it up until feb, 2 months after quoted date! After i explained how this wasnt entirely acceptable and NOT what i was told when i took my ring there Mary said she would get the ring by friday so i could get it before feb. When i came in on the friday to pick up the ring i was charged $50 more than the quoted price for the courier to get it "rushed"...... it was 2 weeks late from their end how is that rushing? I was disappointed and let down by how unprofessionally this was treated and the ring is still too big. I didnt have time to dispute this in store and there were other customers so i didnt want to make a scene however i contacted Mary later to express my disappointment and i received no answer. If you value a professional and honest service i would recommend another jeweller

I was a little worried not being in Melbourne to physically try it on, but emailing back and forth with William, he had absolutely put me at ease with his kindness and sent through a sample to try on. Jia Lees-Smith I purchased the Liz earrings for my wedding in December 2018 and was extremely disappointed with the purchase. The earrings did not match the image on the website. The stones used were purple and when placed next to my dress and other swarovski earrings the colour differentiation was very obvious (refer to photos). Given the price point I assumed the stones would be a high quality but they obviously were not. In the description they state the use of swarovski and CZ stones but next to my House of Emmanuel earrings which are all swarovski, the Liz stones are clearly purple and not clear/white so I am confused which part of the earrings are swarovski. I looked at many earrings and note that those which are only CZ are a third of the price of what Stephanie Browne charges. I contacted Stephanie after 6 weeks of no reply to my email and her response was to offer me an exchange in good faith. Given these items do not match what was advertised I insisted on a refund. Stephanie failed to offer an apology for the fact these earrings are grossly different to what is advertised or acknowledgement of my concerns and stress considering they were purchased for such a personally important event - my wedding. I expected much better customer service given this is an Australian based company. I purchased alternative earrings for my wedding and in light of this experience I would never purchase from Stephanie Browne again.

Tory Boggild Extremely poor customer service with an unpleasant manager (or owner). Additionally, the bracelets are of notably low quality. I strongly advise avoiding this shop. Response to the owners comments: > We love and support small businesses but not the rude ones. > The sales assistant helped us find the 50% discounted section ("special section" in your words) and promptly answered our questions. Its a lie that we were rude to each other; that simply did not happen. > Then you walked in and treated us terribly. You mentioned that we should ask before trying on items, but I explained that I had already asked the sales assistant, who said it was okay. > Strangely, you then started acting strangely, saying it was a joke and that we didnt understand. It was a very odd experience. Meanwhile, I was holding two items I wanted to purchase and trying to decide on a third item, as we had a hard time finding quality ones. > Then you walked off, rudely huffing and puffing, it made my 13-year-old daughter uncomfortable, and we decided to leave the items we had initially considered buying. > As I mentioned earlier, we always support small businesses that demonstrate dedication and excellent customer service. > Clearly you are not one of them. > (By the way, its also evident that you cannot handle critical reviews)
