Sienna groves I have been coming here my whole life and have never felt like writing a review until meeting doctor Edwin (may have him name wrong) and Gan. Doctor Edwin was friendly, personable, and funny. He made sure to take regular breaks, and was genuine about asking for breaks when needed. He did this all while doing a great job of cleaning! Overall my experience this evening was calm, non painful, and enjoyable.

Craig Connelly I have been a regular patient of Dr. David Chua for several years now, and a patient at this wonderful clinic for many years. Dr. David is an outstanding dentist. He is efficient and professional. But just as important, he is genuinely caring, obliging, and simply a great person. All the staff are so helpful, friendly, and have been such a pleasure to deal with. Ordinarily, I am typically hesitant to make recommendations with regards to medical services. This is because personal requirements and preferences, always need to be considered on an individual basis. However, due to my positive experiences over such a long period of time, I have no hesitation in recommending Generations Dental.

Anna Zheng 2 Year Update - 2023: Peter has since flown down from Brisbane to Melbourne to visit Dr Guan again and has come back with exceptional results. We regularly go out and take new headshot pictures for his LinkedIn profile and always get positive comments You will be amazed at what a great smile can do for you personally and professionally. This is a guy who had stumps as teeth back in 2021 and now 2023 always takes pictures. Thanks Dr G!! Original Post - 2021: I should have posted this ages ago but must have forgotten. Peter (my partner) got a full set of teeth done by Dr Guan and he looks immaculate. I dont have any pictures of his teeth but they were completely grinded down and lots of issues. Its really tragic I dont have any before photos, the confidence is like Night and Day!! Thank you Dr Guan. His family members always comment on how nice his smile is. And even the new dentist up in Brisbane where we live now have complimented on the first 4 sets of teeth and how good they look. The actual practice itself: Looks like an aesthetic clinic and immaculate. Looks like a high end dental spa, if you’ve seen the ones overseas. Dr Mark is gentle, patient and explains everything in advance. It was such a positive experience that I went back for a full checkup, and am about to go get some more slightly chipped teeth fixed. Kelly My first visit to MC Dental had both positives and negatives. The clinic’s location and environment are great, and the front desk staff provided excellent service—she was the highlight of our visit and deserves all the praise. However, when it came to the dental treatment for my child, the experience was disappointing. The equipment for children’s dental X-rays was not very child-friendly. They used a simple X-ray film that was too large for my child’s mouth, making it difficult to close properly and causing significant discomfort. The first attempt at taking the X-ray was unsuccessful, and by the second attempt, the dentist and nurse seemed to lose patience. The entire process made my child feel anxious and awkward. Additionally, the treatment plan recommended by the dentist seemed unnecessary. A simple filling and fissure sealant should have been sufficient, but I was advised that anesthesia and further extensive dental work, including metal crowns, were required. Following this recommendation would have turned a basic procedure into a $2000+ treatment plan. I understand that our appointment was at 4 PM, close to the clinic’s closing time, and that the staff may have been tired after a long day. However, the lack of patience and warmth in their approach made our experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to return. I hope the clinic can improve its services in the future. With remarkable skill and precision, she managed to rebuild an entirely new tooth from scratch, something I didn’t think was even possible. The procedure was carried out under comfortable and professional surgical care. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Moradi made me feel at ease. She explained every step clearly, worked with great attention to detail, and showed genuine care throughout the treatment. Her expertise is outstanding, and its clear she is passionate about what she does. The treatment was also reasonably priced, which made the whole experience even better. I have visited several dentists over the years, but Dr. Moradi is by far the best. She is confident, capable, and deeply knowledgeable. Rob Lewis Had a great first time experienc at Doncaster Dental with Raymond. I had a badly broken tooth and he was able to assess and save the tooth with a crown within a few hours same day. Everything was explained to me and the care given was excellent. Costs were very reasonable.

Jimmy Tan Shoppingtown Dental is the best dental clinic I’ve been to, that’s why I’ve been with them for years. The principal dentist, Dr Andy Kuo is amazing! He is highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. During my latest visit this week, he treated my molar problem in a quick, painless process. Prior to that, he did a number perfect crowns for me. He always takes the trouble and time to patiently explain the treatment. I know that I can have absolute peace of mind with my dental needs looked after by Dr Andy. The rest of the team of receptionists and nurses are also wonderful and caring. My experience at Shoppingtown Dental has always been positive and I strongly recommend them.
