Nici Henningsen First class beauty truly is a first class experience. Annie and Myff are two of the best beauticians I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From facials to waxing, eye lash lift and tint, manicure and pedicure; everything is of a high standard. They use Thalgo and Payot product. The environment is clean and warm and relaxing. Everything is clean and hygienic. Easy parking and great opening hours. Highly recommend.

Anja Johansen I absolutely love this place! Its my go-to nail salon! Acrylics never lasted long on me, until I started seeing Sandy. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth Muggleton I have handed the care of my skin to the skincare specialists. Why I waited so long, I’ll never know! My issues have been resolved with excellent treatment and advice. I have learned to take better care myself, but run in for additional support when needed. I am very grateful to Kim and her professional Team at the Painted Pony. Don’t delay! Just look for the double doors on the corner.

Kate Glenister Now that I’ve found Soul Hair, I’ll never go anywhere else! Erica and her staff were so kind, consultative and welcoming – even when I misread the appointment start time and arrived 45 minutes late! They were not pushy in upselling and their pricing model is incredibly competitive, given their haircut includes the cost of the consultation, wash, head massage and blow dry as well. In the consultation, I showed inspo photos and asked questions which were met with genuine answers about my hair health, budget and face shape. I opted for a cut, highlights, toner and hair treatment (which was so much more than the average, extra pump of product a lot of other places offer). I’ve felt priced out of the hair salon market for a while now and Soul Hair have restored my faith! Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Thanks again Erica and team – I love my hair!

natasa stambolija I’ve been seeing Bianka for my laser treatments and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly friendly and always makes me feel super comfortable during every session. Anna I had my nails done by Ashley at Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn and I’m so happy with the result! She did such a beautiful job – my nails look clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Ashley is really good at what she does. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. She also has really good communication. She asked me what I wanted, helped me choose the right shape and colour, and made sure I was happy the whole time. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants every customer to leave happy. I highly recommend Ashley if you’re thinking of getting your nails done. If you go to Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn, definitely ask for her – she’s amazing!

Era Griffin I think the care and quality of this salon, and some of its workers has gone down. The woman was moving my hand round, like it wasn’t attached to a person, and she left marks on my skin. I had to ask her to clean them, instead wiping it with pure acetone, she started picking at the skin with a sharp tool. Not cool. It was $60 too!

Bintang Ayu I got acrylics once, but I decided not to do them again because the whole experience left my nails in bad shape. The removal process was rough and not done properly—there was still glue left on my nails, and they felt weak and brittle afterward. It seemed like they rushed through it without taking proper care, which made the damage even worse.
