Nicola Pearson Rosie can work magic! I have very sparse eyebrows that have no shape naturally with light coloured hairs that go everywhere. She recommended a lamination and I cannot believe how beautifully they ended up. I went for a natural looking lift and it made all the difference to my face - wasn’t looking as tired as I felt! Can be scary trusting someone with such a face defining feature, but Rosie really listens to you as a client and ensures you feel confident with the look and comfortable (I was 37 weeks pregnant when I first got the treatment!). So excited to get my brows done again with her!

Lotus Lotus I basically come here once a week. The staff is very friendly and serious. The staff will prepare the room for me in advance. When I walk into the store, I can even smell the incense, which makes me feel very relaxed. With professional techniques, coming here for massage and Facial has become a place I must visit during my vacation.

Matt Nickels You can purchase your own nail kit- which is great and very hygienic, but then you have to pay again if you want to take it with you and they won’t tell you this until you ask to take it. They should be forthcoming that you are essentially hiring the kit. One of the technicians is lovely- I wish I knew her name. The rest are quite rude. There are better places to go

Marg Enn I had a manicure and Shellac today done today. Linda did my nails. Everything is clean, although a little crowded near a walkway. The price was reasonable and I will go back there again. Today was the first time I had my nails done there. I visited a week or so ago to have Shellac removed, but I I wanted to wait to get my nails redone this week. I thought the price and time for that was a little high. This was done with care. I have arthritis in my hands, and sometimes this process can hurt, and if the technician is gentle, its bearable. It was based on this experience that l returned today to have my nails done. The photo shown is of my nails taken today.

Jennifer I just got home from my first mani/pedi at Criss Cross and now I wonder why I havent been here before! Wow. I recommend booking because this place gets busy (I came on a Sunday). Expert service. I now have perfectly manicured feet and hands and feel a zillion dollars!! The therapists took their time and made sure that they did an excellent job rather than a fast job. This is a stand out for me.

soojung kim I just got my SNS done 20mins ago. From the start, (base powder) the girl who did mine wasn’t sure and less confident to start and it was so messed. I knew it won’t be perfect from the start since I have been getting gel or sns done for ages. I didn’t want to waste my time and money so I explained it is something wrong at the point she put the base unevenly. She ignored and kept going. Using drill was painful and kept telling her it hurts but no choice. I can tell she is doing her best but no experience. It shouldn’t be like this if the technician doesn’t have enough experience, owner considers different way. Inform first or price difference ect. Around all fingers turned to red as you can see. Try to clean it by myself but not working. Has a lot of dints and uneven on the surface. Training more or practice more before getting a customer. Customer pays the money for not this result.
